I just wanted to thank the staff for creating such a welcoming vibe during my last-minute birthday pop-up. I showed up with a big group, but people were coming and going, so we ended up with about 12 of us at the bar. The staff was top-tier—great food, full drinks, and they really helped make the birthday memories solid. Appreciate you all!

Had oysters and fried shrimp both were good, the service was excellent and I love the atmosphere. I wish I would have opted for Mac n cheese as a side instead of the rice ,but I thought it was gonna be a rice pilaf and not plain white rice, not that there was anything wrong with the rice I should have looked closer at menu . The server even offered to exchange it for something else but it was ok.

My family and I visited Mr. and Mrs. Crab recently, and while the food itself was good, the service was honestly terrible. I requested my sausage on the side, and our server claimed she thought I said sauce. Mistakes happen, so I brushed it off. She asked if she could bring out another order, and I said yes because my husband doesn’t eat pork.
Less than five minutes later, she brought out the exact same platter, just rearranged with sauce on top. It wasn’t even hot. At that point I felt very uncomfortable, like our request was an inconvenience.
To make things worse, when my son politely asked for crayons, she walked to the front and started complaining about us to the staff up front as if we were the problem. No patience, no consideration for families with children, and no professionalism.
If I could rate the server alone, she would get a 1 out of 5. The food was good, but the service completely overshadowed the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Mr. & Mrs. Crab! Our waitress Q was absolutely wonderful — super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often, and had such a great attitude the whole time. The food was delicious as always, but Q’s service really made the experience 10/10. Definitely ask for her if you go!
