yummy Indian cuisine.. there are so many varieties for vegetarians as well. chicken mutton appetizers are awesome and biryanis are to the point.đ„°
I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the food itself was decentânothing extraordinary but acceptableâthe overall experience was disappointing.
The service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, making us feel like an afterthought. To make matters worse, the waiting time was excessively long. We waited over 40 min for a biryani, and the food took even longer to arrive.

Customer service is an absolute zero. Waiter didnât come to the table once. Had to raise our hands for more water. Also, beware of pre calculated 18% tip charge added to bill. They will allow you to tip twice. Donât bother selecting a spice level either, every curry dish will be a mixed bag. Tandoori chicken wasnât available.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant that raised serious concerns. The most alarming issue was that despite clearly ordering a vegetarian meal, I was served non-vegetarian food - this is a major dietary violation that could have serious consequences for many diners. The kitchen's lack of attention to dietary restrictions is unacceptable.
The food quality was poor - the biryani contained undercooked vegetables, making it practically inedible. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was concerning and below basic health standards.
The complete disregard for customer orders, poor food preparation, and hygiene issues make it impossible for me to recommend this restaurant. I strongly suggest management addresses these fundamental problems."

Hereâs a more strongly worded version:
Absolutely DisgustingâAvoid This Place Like the Plague!
This so-called âNaans Indian Grill & Barârestaurant
is an utter disgrace. If youâre vegetarian, forget about being respectedâthey forced non-veg food on me after blatantly messing up my order. And the worst part? They didnât care. Not a shred of apology or accountability. Itâs clear they donât give a damn about their customers.
The bathrooms Are filthy. Itâs like they havenât been cleaned in years. Foul odors, no toilet paper, and honestly, youâd feel cleaner holding it in. Complaining to the staff was uselessâtheyâre as indifferent and incompetent as you can imagine.
This place is a complete disaster, and I wouldnât wish it on my worst enemy. If you value your health, your dignity, or your taste buds, stay far, far away. This dump shouldnât even be allowed to operate.

Never order food from this place. Ordered food at 6.30 pm and promised to us food will be ready by 7.30 pm. Even after 8.30 pm food is not yet ready. What ever food they have prepared it is extremely spicy. Not for human consumption.total waste if money and time.

Very tasty food. All the dishes we ordered was fantastic. Quantity of the food is also upto mark. We order paneer chili, butter chicken, shrimp fry which is so awesome. Ambience is average but food is tasty.
Parking: Locations is convenient
Kid-friendliness: For kids I feel food is little spicy make sure while ordering for kids ask them super mild.

A solid carryout Indian option in the Brandon Area.
Vegetarian Biryani, Gongura Daal, Chicken Tikka Masala - The food we tried were all quite delicious. Hence the 5-star rating doesn't apply to service or packaging - just the chef who hit it out of the park on the Biryani. On the delivery app, they list only 2 spice grades : "mild" and "spicy" no "medium" :-(. .. Not a deal breaker. Service for dine-in will be spotty and inconsistent (our packed entrees were missing the free side of plain white rice - not surprised). . However I did a pickup and sloppy service wasn't a factor. Hence the high praise for all three items - veg biryani (Spicy), Gongura-Daal (Spicy), Chicken Tikka Masala (mild). Its not incredibly spicy, but if you're congested with a cold, the spicy version will be a __delicious__ decongestant. Caveat would be , not everyday and every item on the menu will be a super-good - as a regular customer over several years many of their menu items are in the minimum 4-star range, so if you carry out you will have a great experience. On dine-in , its trying your luck on the service.
Vegetarian options: Like a true Indian place, vegetarian options are plenty.

Ordered goat curry from Uber eats had too much salt, dish was uneatable. Other dish I had was Bezwada Chicken biryani that was really good.

Food is absolutely delicious! And service was friendly. We had Veggie pakoras, Garlic and Chilli Naan, Veggie Samoas and I had Malai Kofta. It was extremely well made by someone who loved cooking. Everything was well flavorful and seasoned perfectly. My Mali Kofta was moist and melted in my mouth. My husband ordered chicken Tiki Massala and our friend ordered lamb vindiloo and they were both impressed as well. The spice level we all asked for was spot on. The outside wasn't much to look at and the inside looks like they bought a fast food place and decorated it. The food is definitely worth the visit. I'll be back!
Vegetarian options: Huge vegetarian section and appetizer options!

They charge the same as Minerva and Gorkhali Kitchen, but dont compare taste wise. Thin sauce, sweet, but spicy, very tiny pieces of white meat. Canned soup vibe chicken. Food wasnât ready upon arrival. South Indian taste I think, but I am used to Notth Indian. I really donât like driving 20 minutes to Gorkhali or Minerva though.

Amazing Indian Cuisine and Warm Hospitality!
I was blown away by the experience! The flavors in every dish were absolutely authentic and vibrant, truly capturing the essence of Indian cuisine. The Goat curry, butter chicken, and other dishes I canât quite remember the name of was perfectly spiced and rich, while the garlic naan paired beautifully with the meal.
The service was impeccableâattentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. The young lady went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even recommended our orders.
I canât wait to return and try more from their menu. Highly recommend for anyone craving high-quality, authentic Indian food!

We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Boneless Biryani and Vegetable Biryani. Both Chicken items are good and tasty but I cannot say the same for Vegetable Biryani. Uncooked carrot and dry rice for this Vegetable Biryani. Please do try and recommend other items if you can. I can vouch for above two items.
