Store is immaculate and the employees are super friendly. I was helped by the store manager Laura who is a sweetheart. This is our go-to store for any activity in our lives. The cakes are consistently delicious and are always available even for a last minute get together!

I called this morning 10/5/25 to ask if they had the biscoff cake & she said yes with such delight and said get here fast they’re selling fast! I got there because the Winthrop location didn’t have it. The young lady who took my order was amazing !! She was very apologetic with getting the phone and i assure her it’s okay! Was able to secure the biscoff Bundt cake 🥰 thank you!

I was waiting in line today with my 2 small children (2.5yrs and 9months in stroller). There was only 2 people there, another customer and me. Another lady walked in and cut me in line and I thought it was the most strangest thing ever. People can be so rude!
Anywho, Dylan, the 2nd employee came out and took care of us and what a blessing it was! Thank you for being so kind today and I hope to see you again soon!

Not happy about the fact that they stopped making the Dulce De Leche because they had the snickerdoodle. Then you get rid of the snickerdoodle and make a oreo cookies and cream. That is NOT the same as the snickerdoodle.

This was my first visit and won’t be my last. Delicious cakes that are moist, full of flavor and not overpoweringly sweet. We got 4 flavors and were surprised that strawberry was our favorite. Lemon, double chocolate and carrot were also delicious. We can’t wait for the next occasion to enjoy a Bundt cake!
Awful. Ordered a decorated cake and balloons for a birthday, delivered yesterday, the balloons have already deflated, didn't come with a weight so the poor delivery guy was struggling trying to tie the 5 balloons to the cake bag. The cake itself was ok, the standard of these cakes seems to have gone down though tbh. As for the Brandon location and staff, I have to say they always seem to have such a bad attitude, like everything they do is such an effort, never any type of greeting when you go in, just overall poor customer service. I think finally my husband has decided these cakes are really not that special, after the mediocre one yesterday in particular, so we can move on to a better bakery with more pleasant staff.
