Awesome
Wife's Calzone had Raw Mushrooms and spinach. Nothing tasted seasoned, and my son's ravioli felt microwaved. The waitress checked on us once and sat doing nothing most of the time. It's a shame, used to be great.
Yesterday I placed a Togo order drove 25 mins home and they gave me the wrong pizza, called and asked for a manager and was told to call back today. Today I called back and was told please hold for 5 mins and 15 mins later someone gets on the line and tells me oh we are having issues with our system the manager can’t get on the phone call back. I called back hours later and WOW now I understand why the employees are the way they are the manager was a JOKE!! This place has no customer service skills they could care less about the customer. As for the food it also was lacking, the wrong pizza that i received was dry. The chicken ceasar salad was lacking chicken. I will never go back to this establishment!!!
My pizza was very dry and never once did the manager or staff ask if they was something else like most restaurants would do . not to mention not one time did our waitress refill our drinks
Been there many times this past Sunday the 25th old the usual Strawberry Salad and pizza . Salad was OLD and pizza dough was gummy.
What happen?
Ordered thin crust pizza, waited a little too long then we were very disappointed to receive an overcooked pizza. Terrible crunchy crust. Voiced our disappointment, got an ”I’m sorry”. Thee salad was great but we are never ordering a pizza there again.
Food was decent. Wish everything had more flavor though. Service was great and food came out quick
I was very disappointed in my pizzas. I bought a deep dish and a thin crust. There was no sauce on the thin crust and the sausage was like breakfast sausage crumbles. It was not Chicago pizza at all. It also had a weird taste kind of like soap. The deep dish had very little of the same sausage. Overall it was not good.
My family loves the zucchini the fries they make here, but my recent visit was disappointing. We placed an order over the phone, picked it up, but realized they shorted us the zucchini fries. I had to go back in and ask them about it. They claimed we didn’t order but one, so I had to wait for them to make a second batch. When I first went in, I saw the employees chatting and being on their phones. I didn’t appreciate that kind of behavior in their work environment. That’s probably why our order was wrong in the first place. Too busy hanging out instead of working. When they corrected their mistake, I got a halfhearted apology.. Last time I’m going in there under THAT management.
Always one of our favorite pizza places in the area. The green bean fries with dipping sauce are some of our favorite appetizers in the area, plus the thin pizza Olde Town style is personal favorite of mine. Highly recommend!

Just might be the best pizza in Brandon. Everything tastes so fresh. This is not your every day pizza chain. Try it you'll love it
Always great service and food
Best pizza and strawberry salad ever!
Had pepperoni rolls and a 12” pizza w pep, sausage, olives. I’ve had the real deal pep roll in WVA, this wasnt even close, bland as could possibly be. Same bland pep on the pizza, along with bland crust, sauce and cheese. Great waitress, nice dining room but just zero flavor food.
Service was great the deep dish pizza was pretty bad
