Came here when the parking lot was full, wasn’t expecting great service but the Spicy Chicken special was fantastic, a huge shoutout to my waiter Adam, even though he had several tables he was helping he made sure that I was comfortable with everything and never made me feel like I had to wait for anything- Definitely one of those rare talents that had a huge assist in my enjoyment of the food!!

This is not against our server in any way...he was great. But we were there for over an hour and had only gotten our drinks and an appetizer. The reason, we were told, was because of so many To-Go orders...Uber eats, Doordash. This is ridiculous that you would make people sitting IN the restaurant wait over an hour for their entrees while you rush the togo orders. Completely unacceptable...and it was Sunday night and not even half of the restaurant was full. The one star is for our server...the deduction of the others taken away is because of the time we had to wait.

Horrible! I’ve been going to P.F. Chang’s for over 20 years. This is by far the worst in the country. Three days before Christmas. The last Sunday before Christmas and the restaurant was completely empty. Now we know why. Hot and sour soup was broth with nothing in it. Lettuce wraps were horrible with brown gravy and not the traditional P.F. Chang’s sauce. Crispy honey chicken was soggy and tasteless. No wonder the line at the pretzel place was around the block and your restaurant was empty. I suggest someone from corporate go there anonymously and see the crap they’re serving. Service was terrible. For an empty restaurant, it took us forever to have our meal. Never again!

I have a gluten allergy. The manager brought my gluten-free menu, we discussed my specific needs and I felt at ease that my needs were met. The spicy chicken and rice did not disappoint! So much flavor! A new favorite! The holiday drink collection is refreshing. Delish! 😋
Anaya was friendly, helpful, and never skipped a beat. She had great recommendations. The service was phenomenal however I didn't care for the food.

We came in to P.F. Chang’s today and were greeted immediately by Ines. She gave us clean menus and drinks right away. Caleb (Reed) the bartender took amazing care of us as well! The food was hot and fresh and looked beautiful. The restaurant is incredibly clean. We really enjoyed our conversations with Caleb and Ines. They both really enjoy working at PF Chang’s. This is one of our favorite restaurants! Great staff, great experience!
