I’m sure I’ll be back, it was just disappointing tonight. I understand if you’re busy, but at least communicate with the customers. 4 people behind me and it took at least 5-10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. They finally do. They make my little box and it just sits there while everyone does everything but cash me out. When I’m the only the customer ready to go. Food already looked luke warm and to add insult to injury they let the food sit even longer, I just turned around and walked out. They probably didn’t even notice I walked out. Maybe better luck next time if I’m hungry enough….

Did an online order for 2 big plates. Came in about 5 mins before it was suppose to be done. It was suppose to be done at 12:55. It is almost 1:20 now. And I'm still sitting here waiting for food. Watched them put my food into the boxes and wait for the teriyaki chicken. So my food is gonna be cold by the time I get home and eat. Very unprofessional. They put food down by the time they are completely out and it's disappointing how there is only 3 people working. But they seem to not know what they are really doing. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The worst panda I've ever been to. They gave me the wrong plate! My orange chicken tasted like it was cooked in rancid , old , burnt oil. The chow mein I ordered had absolutely no oil, sauce , seasoning or veggies in it.. I should have taken a picture 📸. An employee was cleaning up and asked me how everything was and I complained. He was very helpful and tried to give me some fresh food. The fried rice he brought me tasted burnt 🤦🏻♂️ oh well . This location needs a new cook. This was Thursday night 12/5/24
