I just walked out of this Panda. This is the first time something like this has happened to me—I’ve been coming to this same location for over 4 years, but I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s only 8:40 p.m. and the place closes at 10, yet they already didn’t have any variety of sides to go with the food. When I asked how long it would take to cook more, the person who helped me, named J-VI, told me in a very rude way that they weren’t going to cook anything else. How is it possible that with 1 hour and 20 minutes left before closing, they decide not to cook anymore?

Simple and quick americanized chinese food! Their orange chicken and Beijing beef are great, but be aware those options are quite sweet. They do have other more savory entrees. The chow mein and supergreens are nice sides to try

Arrived at 9:10p. Store closes at 10p. There was minimal food prepared/available. Staff had an attitude because I didn't mind waiting for fresh food to be prepared. They told I had to wait; as if it were a huge issue they had to prepare fresh food. I understand if I walked in 10 mins before close; but almost an hour? Service could have been much better. Nina was nice, polite and professional despite the teams energy. Food was fresh and as it should be. Thankfully this isn't a neighborhood I frequent often. Guests did come in after me, a family even left to go elsewhere because the options available looked poor. I'm unsure if they refused to make new food. This doesn't feel consistent with all of my prior P.E. experiences. 👎🏼👎🏼

Vertical Excursion
Amazing food and great staff but unfortunately the new manager is micromanaging and pressuring the staff to reduce portion size and it's painful to watch the employees ration out your food!!! While he hides in the back counting beans. On the bigger plate they're no longer filling the little Redbox to the top, and that's even after paying a $1.50 for the premium entree.

We usually come to this panda Express and they usually do not disappoint. Tonight .. a Friday night at 8:42pm... We came and all the workers appeared to be on break....sitting in the lobby. There was 1 guy named Gio working the front ... There were at least 10 different items completely empty. We had to wait for 15 mins to have our food cooked.... Then we're told the soda machine was out of ice. I figured the soda machine s were at least cold.... Most are. Not this one. We were charged almost $3 for a hot soda. Serviced sucked.

I wish I could tell you about the food but 80% off the food was empty and we waited and nobody asked us for anything. They were all in the back chatting this is my first negative review out of hundreds in sorry

I’m sure I’ll be back, it was just disappointing tonight. I understand if you’re busy, but at least communicate with the customers. 4 people behind me and it took at least 5-10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. They finally do. They make my little box and it just sits there while everyone does everything but cash me out. When I’m the only the customer ready to go. Food already looked luke warm and to add insult to injury they let the food sit even longer, I just turned around and walked out. They probably didn’t even notice I walked out. Maybe better luck next time if I’m hungry enough….
