I placed an online order for 7 medium pizzas & wing specials totaling $130 the evening prior to pickup. The pizzas were very good. The bone-in wings were done & sauced properly not so much on the boneless wings. When I went to pick up the order, I asked for additional pepperoncini which was $3 for 10. The lady stated there was one in each box. I have 15 people so I needed more than 7. Then when I asked for red pepper flakes, I thought she was going to charge me for those too. I would order again just not boneless wings.

I ordered two medium create your own pizzas. They were supposed to be buy one get one. Also, 8 wings. I also supposedly got 60% off w/Uber Eats. It came up to $54. The pizzas were supposed to have extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. Definitely no extra cheese and I could count on one hand the amount of toppings spread across each piece. The pizzas were pathetic. I feel completely robbed and violated. Sorry this is such a bad review, but it's all the truth. It's too late for me, but maybe they'll do better after this review, I don't know.

I ordered a pizza bowl. The pan was not even close to being full and food was not delivered hot. If you are going to serve your product in a certain size pan, then at least fill it more than a quarter of the way, especially for the price.

Staff was verily friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in. Food was very hot and ready when I arrived. Pizza was delicious, especially with the garlic dipping sauce!

This specific Papa John’s is consistently great! I walked in and the dude behind the corner working at break neck speed to complete the orders while also maintaining great customer service. As always my two pizzas were made accurately and were cooked perfectly!! Thanks again for the consistency, which is quite rare nowadays.

Worst food from Papa Johns that we have ever had... Bought 1 pizza and 3 of the Papa Bowls (the no crust things). Pizza was $10.99, and the bowls were advertised as $11.99... When ordering, I was required to add 3 toppings to the bowls. Yes, required and couldn't proceed without 3, which brought the total to $19.99 each... Called the location, same thing on their end and needed 3... Thought "Ok, better ingredients, better pizza! Should be worth it" When I got there and asked about the required 3 toppings to the person in charge, he told me it must be a glitch and gave me garlic bread to make up for it. I'm paying an extra $24 because of a "glitch," and you give me small garlic bread... No, that doesn't "make up for it. "... Everything was neatly stacked, and my family was waiting, so I took the food and left. Upon opening everything up at home, each of the bowls had less inside than a single slice of pizza. I paid $10.99 for a pizza and $19.99 for the bowls... That doesn't add up, so I called the location... I was told, "That's just how they are supposed to be!".... I will stick with Hungry Howies and Pizza Hut from now on... May not be "better ingredients," but they don't screw you over either...
