This specific Papa John’s is consistently great! I walked in and the dude behind the corner working at break neck speed to complete the orders while also maintaining great customer service. As always my two pizzas were made accurately and were cooked perfectly!! Thanks again for the consistency, which is quite rare nowadays.

Worst food from Papa Johns that we have ever had... Bought 1 pizza and 3 of the Papa Bowls (the no crust things). Pizza was $10.99, and the bowls were advertised as $11.99... When ordering, I was required to add 3 toppings to the bowls. Yes, required and couldn't proceed without 3, which brought the total to $19.99 each... Called the location, same thing on their end and needed 3... Thought "Ok, better ingredients, better pizza! Should be worth it" When I got there and asked about the required 3 toppings to the person in charge, he told me it must be a glitch and gave me garlic bread to make up for it. I'm paying an extra $24 because of a "glitch," and you give me small garlic bread... No, that doesn't "make up for it. "... Everything was neatly stacked, and my family was waiting, so I took the food and left. Upon opening everything up at home, each of the bowls had less inside than a single slice of pizza. I paid $10.99 for a pizza and $19.99 for the bowls... That doesn't add up, so I called the location... I was told, "That's just how they are supposed to be!".... I will stick with Hungry Howies and Pizza Hut from now on... May not be "better ingredients," but they don't screw you over either...

I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half ground beef. It says it right on the sticker on the side of the box. When the employee checked my order before sealing the box with the sticker, he obviously didn't check to make sure that the order was correct. I got all the way home and changed clothes before opening the box and seeing that half the pizza was just cheese with no pepperoni. It's a Wednesday night and the store wasn't even busy. My pizza was ready sooner than the estimated ready time. I'm not happy

My son picked up pre ordered pizza. Thank goodness he checked the pizza was half eaten and the cinnamon rolls also. Manager said the employees got hungry. He had to wait for them to remake it. In the meantime the other pizza got cold and he missed part of the game. After he got home I called and she told us we could get a pizza free the next time.
I would give zero stars if I could..Wow! Words fail me... we just ordered the pizza bowls for the first time and when they were delivered, my husband said we will NEVER do that again. After he handed me my bowl I was shocked that we just spent $36.00 with tip for two bowls that had maybe enough in it to put topping on ONE piece of actual pizza. I ordered Philly steak and got 3 pieces of meat in the bowl and the cheese was so minimal that I could see the bottom of the dish before I took the first bite. There were hardly any green peppers and onions in the dish. For my bowl alone cost 17$ and some change. What I received was not even close to being worth the price. We would have gotten more had we just bought a whole pizza and just took the toppings off and threw the crust away. Not to mention, taking that route would have cost us less. MAJOR disappointment Papa Johns!!! We will never order from you again. EVER! What a total rip-off!!!
