This man putting the pizza in the boxes took his bare hand and stuck it the banana pepper jug to pull one out and put it in my pizza box. I don’t know if this man had his hand in his butt crack or was beating his meat 10 minutes before I walked in. Check your video Papa John’s. 5:13 PM 12/20/2025. Absolutely nasty.

Absolutely amazing! The pizza here is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is bursting with flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Every bite is pure perfection!

Staff is a mixed bag. They need to get rid of the ones that are lazy and don’t know what customer service is.
That’s a problem that starts with management, in my opinion. Food was hot and fresh, although not ready until 15 min after they said it was ready.
I was just calling to get some information on my pizza delivery, but the person who picked up the phone was very rude. I just asked about my pizza and the attitude was horrific and horrendous. I can’t believe that they’re in the position for customer service and don’t even have customer service in them if you don’t like your job leave it and if you want a better one, find another job, but treat people with respect.
