It's been awhile since our last visit, and we thought it would be a nice change from our usual chicken restaurant. The food was great; just a little pricier than I expected, but service was quick and friendly. I expect to return but probably not regularly. I find better value at their competitors.

Very clean with a laid back atmosphere. The person taking my order was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager brought me my food to the table and made sure to ask how my meal was when I was done. The food was hot and freshly made. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

PDQ’s food is great — when the owner is around. Every time he’s there, things run smoothly: the food’s fresh, the orders are right, and the staff actually seems to care. But when he’s not? It’s a mess. Cold food, missing items, and worse — there’s one particular manager (I don’t know his name) who is consistently a problem. He’s rude, argumentative, and acts like any request is a personal insult. I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with him specifically, and it’s gotten to the point that I only visit if I see the owner on-site. This place can be great, but without better oversight, it just falls short.

Horrible service. I have been to the same PFQ twice, both visits were more than unpleasant.
First visit, my order was entirely wrong andI couldnt eat it at all, as it was on the list of foods my doctor has told me not to eat. I called the store the manager said she would refund my money to my card, she never did. Lying thieves.
2nd visit, which will be my last ever to any PDQ, asked for my receipt after paying cash and she closed the window on me. I honked my horn and waited, someone elese came to the window.
Horrible service, lying thieves. Don't go herrle if you want to feel like a valued customer, cause these folks only care about dollar signs and they will straight up steal your money.
Did not get a quality order tonight very disappointed 😢 fries hard and cold missing sauces could not tell the difference in the sandwiches nothing labeled crispy chicken no lettuce tomato 🍅 did not receive family order of Mac and cheese short! Value for the price wasn’t there tonight! Believe me open your order up pull everything up and apart before you drive off TOTALLY DIsapoitment!!
