I work within a few miles of the mall so the food court has been an option for lunch. For about the last 2 years, I've frequented this location and often order the spicy bourbon chicken. None of the other 3 Asian food options have the spicy bourbon. I visit 3-4 times a month for lunch and today I was met with something new and unexpected. I always ask for soy sauce because i like to put a good amount on my fried rice and i use it for eggs rolls when I order. Today I got the egg roll as well. After I paid for my food, she handed over the bag, i looked in it and saw 2 soy sauce packets. I asked for more and she responded with, "Only 3 per box". I was caught off guard because, for almost 2 years, not one time has anyone said that to me. The food that I enjoy isn't consistent, sometimes its better than others. I explained that i frequented often and this was a first, she continued to push back. So here i am, here is your review for the keeper of the soy sauce. PS.... maybe offer to sell 30 extra for $0.50, i dont mind paying extra for sauce, i get it, many places do.... but it wasnt even an option. Just refused.

customer service is horrible, yelling at their customers, talking foul about customers in their language. highly not recommend

Visited this location Friday and got Bourbon, chicken and teriyaki chicken and plantains. Saturday morning I was up throwing up and using the bathroom at the same time . And still not well as of today . WILL NEVER EAT THERE

I eat there occasionally, food is okay. I run through the mall and grab a single soda on occasion and yesterday I looked and they charged 14.00 for a soda! I went back up there and they wanted to argue that I bought food. They never gave me a receipt. Mall won't help, to get security footage you have to get a lawyer or call the cops. I will never go there again. Supposedly they refunded 11.00, soda was 3... but it's not back on my card. This is second time they pulled same stunt. Only quickly got pen and paper to figure out refund. So if you just grab a soda, check your receipt, they add an entire meal on there when you have made it clear, soda only. No one speaks English there that can be understood. Rude. Calling me liar. Horrible place!

I use to love eating Perry’s till I seen the cook pick up a big dead rat from the back to show it off to the serving lady’s not realizing I was standing there once they noticed me they tried hiding it. At Brandon mall so that also tells me that whole food court is probably infected with rats.

Customer service was bad. The ladies were rude, they made a bad face when I asked to try the meat out first. I have an accent when I speak and sometimes I can’t understand well so they were very impatient when I repeat the questions,

Food is good but signage is misleading, it says "Perry's bbq Cajun grill" but the only thing even remotely close to Cajun cuisine is the blackened chicken, everything else is Asian cuisine. Disappointing.
