I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience trying to order from Pizza Haven Brandon via UberEats.
I placed an order for a pizza and a pasta dish, looking forward to a relaxing dinner. After placing the order, I watched the estimated delivery time come and go. I waited for over an hour—a significant amount of time when you're hungry and anticipating a meal.
After this excessive wait, and without any proactive communication or explanation from the restaurant or delivery service, my order was suddenly cancelled.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I waste over an hour waiting for food that never arrived, but the abrupt cancellation left me scrambling to find an alternative meal late in the evening. There was no indication of why the order was accepted if it couldn't be fulfilled, or why it took so long for the cancellation to happen.
If Pizza Haven Brandon is unable to handle delivery orders efficiently through third-party services like UberEats, they should suspend that service. This lack of reliability and poor customer service reflects very badly on the restaurant. I won't be attempting to order from here again.
The pizza is delicious and tastes fresh as well as the toppings. The garlic knots are easily the best appetizer on the menu and it's all reasonable. Overall very satisfied
