if I could put zero stars for everything I would last night. My Mimi which is my grandma ordered pizza for us. It took forever to get here and they left it on the doorstep. Didn’t even knock to let us know that somebody was there with the pizza this has never happened before, but it happened last night and it is super outrageous. Poor customer service never eating here again.

After leaving a $7 tip with my $33 order. My boneless chicken was raw in the middle. I called to let them know they tried to send me another one out or give me a credit for next time. I told them I wanted neither but a refund on my chicken. I was told they couldn’t do that… I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut any longer. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning.

My husband ordered a pizza at around 6:30 on Super Bowl Sunday, expecting it to take long, but the wait was 2 hours before Pizza Hut told him the pizza was delivered! And we didn't have a pizza! For some reason we couldn't call the physical store, so my husband did the route of customer service, and we've been on hold for OVER AND HOUR AND COUNTING. At first we just wanted our pizza cause we were hungry, but eventually we got tired of waiting, and ordered from Dominos! They were good and speedy! And we actually got our pizza! We're still on hold as I type this review, so if we'll see where it goes, but we're never trying Pizza Hut like this again.
This place is awful as far as making an edible pizza. We got the pizza box thing and the two pizzas were so dry the original crust was not buttery at all and they didn't even cut the bread stick. Chicken wings were rock hard. Don't order from here there are way better pizza places in Brandon for the same price.
