Hit or miss. We have been eating Pollo Tropical for years but this particular location is the one we've been going to when we're in the area. It's pretty inconsistent when it comes to the quality of food. We ordered a whole chicken last week and it was so pale and undercooked that I had to finish cooking it in the air fryer as soon as we got home. I wish we didn't live almost an hour away otherwise I would have brought it back to the restaurant to show the manager the traces of blood on the Styrofoam container upon lifting one of the chicken pieces for inspection. They've also become very cheap with the amount of sauces they give you when you're ordering an entire chicken. 4 containers of sauces that they know are less than halfway filled is just a waste of a container. Might as well fill up one container completely than waste it on more plastic containers to contribute to more pollution on Earth. The company should just bring back the self-service counter for sauces. But either way, it was disappointing, gross and pointless if I had to finish cooking something that we bought to avoid cooking altogether. We should have just been able to sit down and eat without making my family wait for it to cook completely.

I had to wait for my food in the drive through 10 minutes. They didn’t give me all my food had to wait another 20 minutes inside. When I got home everything was cold gave us bloody chicken and a bug in my drink.

Applause to Mr.Joshua and his staff on their welcoming service ! It all started with being greeted when I walked in to exceptionally prepared foods , they made sure the things needed to eat or dress the food was either given or asked if needed ! Food was so fresh and nicely plated man I tell you not a beat skipped I give it overall a 10/10 p.s I usually don’t leave reviews let alone long ones but this was a service you have to recognize ! I will be back …. Oh And and and 🤣that grilled chicken sandwich was a hands down good thing you have added to the menu !

Very poor handling of food and staff, the rice was scrambled balls with the beans, I placed an order and the guy at the checkout couldn't catch my order, there were 4 bowls and when I went to complain, the guy refused what I had actually ordered He got upset and responded inappropriately, which I am a person with a lot of empathy and I handled the situation in the best way, I had a bad experience with my family and they just lost us as customers
