I picked up food from the drive thru. When ordering, the person had a difficult time communicating, so we feared our order would be wrong. We had to repeat and clarify the order several times.
When we arrived at the window, we waited 20 minutes for two meals. When handed the bag of food, we checked the order, which was wrong, so we waited another 5 minutes for it to be corrected.
The chicken burrito was dry and tasteless. The Caesar salad was only lettuce, no cheese or croutons. The Yuka fries were cold and no dipping sauce was provided.
We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Pollo Tropical in Tampa is a great spot for a flavorful meal. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned and went perfectly with the rice and beans. Service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it. Still a solid 5 out of 5 from me!
