Went with family, store was clean, we did go around closing, parents got chicken quarters and my brother and I got bowls, only complaint was the chicken quarters were skimpy, barely any meat on the bones.

My husband cousin has talked about this place non stop but we’ve always been hesitant for some odd reason. His cousin suggested the half chicken with black beans and white rice.. 🔥 Good stuff and really refreshing! We highly recommend!

Ordered online and was missing multiple items when I got home, not to mention the very dry chicken I received. Called to get a refund for the missing items and could only get a hold of a 3rd party company that just gave me the run around until I quit trying. Never eating here again, and neither should you!

The chicken is tasty, the plantains are really good and the yellow rice. I love this restaurant and the service. Nobody does the chicken like Pollo Tropical does.

If I could give zero’s I would! From the attitude to the incorrect order being received I’m done with this place! And to think my kids specifically asked for this franchise because of a different location this location is trash. How many times should you repeat your preferences! I did 5 times and they still got it wrong how hard is extra extra onions!!

Andy, the manager is awesome! I ordered food from Uber, and Uber FORGOT A WHOLE CHICKEN! I went up to the store because there was not really a number straight to the restaurant. When I when in and explained it to him, he gave me the entire meal again! And it was sooooo good!!!😊
Then when I was leaving, I asked if they were hiring and he said yes. I gave my daughter the information and now she works for them!!! She loves the atmosphere and her management. And I have to say they treat her like family! She loves this job compared to other jobs she had.
