We all love the sauces at Pollo so when you order DoorDash and everyone’s meals comes without it you are disappointed. That has now happened 4x in our office. Right there on receipt stapled to the delivery shows the sauces but nothing to show for it. A reflection of terrible management during the daytime hours. It’s a simple as it gets to check credit and add the food from the order. Forgetting once is a mistake. 4x is just a terrible staff starting with the manager.

Charged me for avocado and the receipt even says crispy chicken but they gave me grilled I did not order corn but they covered it in corn??? Cuban sandwiches are no where near authentic and they were out of sweet tea have no vinegar, lady was quick and rude wouldn't let me finish my order just not worth going back tbh

5th time ordering online - 5th time they can’t find the order - ordered an hour in a advance - then they don’t have enough chicken cooked - such a joke. Updated: They got me the chicken after waiting another 20 minutes plus 1 hour ordering before. We paid for a whole chicken - only to come home to open the box without chicken breasts and wings.........to add insult to injury...

Place seems to be really getting it together. Much cleaner then it was a year ago. Food comes out quick and they always give me the extra sauces I ask for.

I drove across town to get a meal. Got all the way home & on my second bite felt a hair in my mouth!! Pulled out a long black hair from my mouth & throat & was sick the rest of the day. The plantains were disgusting—hard & smelt like old nasty grease. Would NOT recommend this restaurant- very disappointed.

Unacceptable service! Staff does not follow instructions, always issues when you order (specially drive thru) it’s like they simply DONT CARE. People pay money to eat and they’re hungry. Very disrespectful.
