Popeyes has the best chicken. However, service/friendliness is hit or miss. Our last visit might explain why Popeyes is losing shares to Chic Fil -A. Brandon Popeyes’s service & friendliness lacked. Acknowledging customers at the counter, a smile or a thank you could go a long way.

Mediocre food, wings werent sauced properly at all, and when trying to order a sandwhich aparrently it would be a 10 minite wait. On previous visits ive always noticed long wait times, and I dont think id consider a single staff member ive seen or spoken with so far as nice. Personally would reccomend going anywhere else if you have a choice, I've only gone since its in walking distance from my work.

Ordered to go 12 pc and got no thighs. Batter was so thick on chicken I don't think they could tell breasts from thighs honestly. idk, but service is great always with a smile. I love this chicken 😋
