I gave this same place a good review in the past but this time the drive through lady was rude and we did not get our 2 large sides. The food is great but the service is not worth going again.

Came to order for the first time and the Manager was really unprofessionally rude. I ordered a 5 piece and 2 sides and 2 biscuits and I’ve asked for my order to be fresh. She got upset about it and ask why and I said because I would like it fresh and then she went with well it’s 15 mins and walked away. 20 mins went by and nothing so I went back to the counter and she said well you wanted it fresh so that will be another 15 mins. She doesn’t belong in this kind of environment her attitude is nasty.

I’ve visited the Popeyes chicken at 108 Kings Ave. in Brandon FL 33511. I went in and requested a two piece dinner large and on the menu board it said that it was $10.99 when I completed my order. The cashier said it was $21 and change. I pointed out that the menu board said it was supposed to be 1099+ tax. She said I don’t know anything about that. I can’t do anything about that. and with that I said no, and walked out.

Severely understaffed and overwhelmed. About a 15 minute wait in line just to wait even longer because they don't even have enough chicken cooked and only have 1 cook working in the back. Hire more help if you can't handle itEdit: Ended up being nearly 30 minutes

stopped by for lunch, the drive thru line was busy so I went inside. I ordered a large family size meal, so I wss asked to pull up ty o the font and wait. I waited about 15-20 minutes but when I got home my family devoured the meal. The chicken was hot, fresh and was cooked in fresh oil. Would definitely go back...

Super Slow Service & Unlike They’re Competitor 2 businesses to the right “ Chick Fil A, NO REFILLS!!! I Will Now Go To Chick Fil A From Now On!!! There Were Only 2 People Ahead Of Me & It Took 25 Minutes For Me To Get My Food, Ordering & All. Chicken Sandwich Was Good!

I entered the location at 5:15 p.m., stood at the counter for 10 minutes when I was finally acknowledged. I attempted to order, but the girl behind the counter hadn't a clue. There were 7 employees that I could see from the front counter. All were more interested in the drive thru while the dining room had people waiting to place an order. After ordering 3 thighs, a tender meal with fries and a biscuit, a small order of mac and cheese and a couple of extra biscuits, $34 dollars later, I waited for 20 minutes. Finally given my bag and still no drink, and when I asked for my drink and sauces, I was given a snide remark and received nothing. I thought I would give them another chance since the last visit which was just as bad. Huge mistake! You're better off going elsewhere. The chicken was terrible, fries cold, but the biscuits were fine.

Ordered 12 pieces of chicken, fries and red beans and rice. Cost $41.98 Would not allow all dark meat as requested. The competition does. Received 5 wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs and one breast of old overcooked oily chicken. Chicken had obviously sat a very long time and then reheated. Food was cold. This is way too expensive to have to throw out, but we did. Will never return. If asked , will tell others. Cannot believe this place stays open.
