Grossest chicken tenders I’ve ever had.

I dont know how this place makes money. Its always a WAIT. I literally sat there for 45 minutes for spicy chicken and they served only 3 customers during that timeframe while everyone waited. Shoutout to the manager though. He was trying. My food was actually fresh. But the attitudes and slow pace is bad for business.

It is a mall so the atmosphere is mall like. I was so happy to see a Popeyes. I love their chicken. We got the $25 8 piece meal. Delicious!

I love Popeyes, but this is one of the worst in the area. The staff is frequently rude and dismissive. They are regularly out of certain items on the menu, and choose not to prepare more. When you order pickup make sure that you check your meal before you leave as items are frequently forgotten.

Side note, this location does not accept Popeyes paper coupons either.

I don’t know if I came at the right time and day or what but this is by far the first Popeyes I’ve been too and they don’t have attitudes. The person who took my order at the drive thru was pleasant the guy at the window was polite and courteous. When I asked for honey he didn’t look at me crazy or have a ATTITUDE. I was very impressed. I wish I knew the names I would’ve gave them a shout out. The food was also hot and fresh 10/10.

Really enjoyed this location! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I tried the pickle menu items and they were amazing! The fried pickles and pickle lemonade were incredible, and the sandwich was steaming hot when I got it! Definitely will be back.

No clear instructions of where to stand. Waited in a line served every customer in front of us and then told us to get in a different line after we waited for ten minutes. Do not come here. Horrible service.

The staff was super nice and took my order quickly and the food came out quickly. I got the 6 piece tenders 2 can dine with potatoes and the chicken was crispy and the potatoes were hot.

Went to get a spicy sandwich, but they were out of spicy. They offer ghost sauce instead. It was the biggest, best sandwich I've had. Love that chicken from Popeyes!

I don’t have much to say other than they can’t do there jobs well and I normally would never say anything like that but they are incapable of doing anything right, the family meal we ordered did not come with the large sides like it was supposed to they gave us a small fry and a small mashed potatoes. We also did not receive 14 pieces of chicken we got 10 and they are all dark pieces no wings or breasts complete trash terrible service I do not recommend ever going here I have given this Popeyes multiple attempts to get this right and they have never gotten anything right any of the times I have been there.

Even though I do not live close to this location I decided to come here vs the location by the hard rock casino that is complete garbage! This location has great customer service and the food was fresh! And their drive thru was actually open!!
