I came today just for a drink and I got the jolly rancher blue raspberry frozen lemonade and it was SO GOOD! Highly suggest getting extra pumps like I did. So yummy on a hot day! ?

Amazing service from Kadisha. She went above and beyond to keep the lunch line moving and short. Would definitely recommend going as its very fast paced.

We used pretzelmaker for our late night snacks at our wedding and they were a HIT! I was a little skeptical about ordering online thru ez cater but Drew, the manager, was extremely helpful in ensuring the order would be perfect and delivered to the venue on time. We are so glad we went with them!

A guy jumps in line reaching over people to get all the free samples. The first worker saw this and looked at me but said nothing. Then he proceeds to order with his son while I’m still waiting since I was next behind another family and they let him get his stuff and pay as I’m sitting there still holding my drinks. When I address it the lady says “oh, we’ll he was standing over here”, which was a lie and then when I stated I exactly what happens she smirked and said “oh I’m sorry about that.” Completely unprofessional and didn’t really care what I had to say.

Pretzels were good. Customer service wasn't. Cashier had an attitude the entire time of my purchase. I ordered a large drink. She filled the entire cup with ice all the way to the brim with ice so there would be almost no liquid. When I asked nicely for just a little bit of ice she made a rude smirk and flung the ice out of the cup. And proceeded to be rude the rest of the transaction for no reason.

Hot & Freshest pretzels around ? Family owned also! I absolutely look forward to grabbing them every time I make my way to Brandon mall! And they also have smoothies and stuffed pretzel bites!! 10/10 recommend ?

The pretzels are really good and soft. It seems a little pricey but they are tasty. This is my go to place when I want some cinnamon pretzle bites.

Ooh my goodness we got a sample of the pretzels here and wow bravo. Amazing flavor best pretzels I have ever had and it was just a sample. We will be ordering from were some time. The pretzels was so buttery and warm. It smalled so nice to we all love there pretzels.
