The food was good, but we were looking for a healthy fruit bowl. The calories on a basic bowl with topping was over 1000 calories, 85 grams of sugar and only 20 grams of protein.
Highly disappointed. We got the cacao and mango bowls. People look for these type of places for a healthy meal or snack. Not something high in calories and sugar

I loved the atmosphere and the customer service, but the açaí bowl I ordered was unfortunately frozen solid when I received it. I had to let it sit for a while before I could eat it and the nutella and peanut butter was not drizzed on top just a big clump dumped on the side of the bowI🫠. As for the flavor of the açaí it was super super sweet! I also ordered the dragon smoothie, which was refreshing, but the banana flavor was overpowering and it was all I could really taste. 💕

I discovered this place by chance yesterday (August 9, in the afternoon) after eating at another restaurant in the same plaza. I saw they sold beverages and decided to give it a try — the menu options looked amazing! I ended up ordering food too, and it was so delicious that I came back again this morning (August 10) for breakfast.

The ladies who attended me both days were incredibly kind and welcoming. On both visits, one of them even tried to make a heart in my cappuccino, which was such a sweet touch. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

I’m officially obsessed with this place! If you have the chance to try it, go — you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service was not great at all. The male person whom took my order was not very helpful and seem not to be knowledgeable of products.

The Brandon location has a middle aged lady who has been there for years who is just the sweetest. The environment is inviting and service is always great.

I’m in this raining berries pretty often and the staff is always very friendly! Even when I messed up my order and forgot to omit something they offered to remake it for me! I usually get the raining berries bowl and it is top tier I love it!

Great acai bowls

I recently discovered an amazing coffee that my wife introduced me to—it's called Raining Berries. The flavor is simply incredible!

Went in ordered 1 smoothie 2 girls working made the order for their friend that came in after us and got 3 bowls first. Then forgot about the smoothie and made 2 other peoples orders and didn’t make our until we asked and they laughed about it. Definitely won’t be go back for that service and a $10 smoothie.
