This is a follow-up to my experience to the Red Lobster 🦞 in Brandon on Sunday August 24,2025. After being able to talk with the Restaurant General Manager about my experience at the Red Lobster 🦞 in Brandon. The General manager apologized for the experience me and my sister experienced during our visit. He also, apologized for the miscommunication of waiter. He explained it is Red Lobster 🦞 franchise to leave all there customers with a great experience. General Manager offer us another opportunity to make experience a better one. I appreciated his willingness to hear me and understand my concerns. Thanks 😊
