They renovated it finally and it looks a lot better. Short staffed most of the time and waiters can be rude. If the guys working there starred at my girl any harder, I'd have to charge them. Menu is small and expensive. Not a large selection. Most meals are $30+ range. Drinks are $10+ each. Biscuits are great as usual. Fish was so salty, we sent it back. They also need to say in the description if the food is fried or not, that was an unpleasant surprise when spending $30 on some shrimp and scallops. No intentions of ever going back. What happened to fine dining experiences?

Well, it's been quite a while since my wife and I visited Red Lobster, just before Covid hit and we were out in Denver, so this was definitely a treat for us.We had reservations for 6:30 but arrived early as we normally do. The staff had no problem seating us right away because the restaurant was not busy at all.Our server was very pleasant and professional and demonstrated great customer service.Service was surprisingly very quick. As we were finishing our appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, our entries arrived. My wife had the Admerals feast, which is mostly fried seafood, a baked potato, and Broccoli. Mine was the ultimate platter and preferred mostly baked and grilled items, a baked potato, and steamed broccoli.My wife told me that the butterfly shrimp had an old frozen taste, as did the fried class. The rest of her dinner was good. She wasn't really complaining but just was stating that these two items were really nothing special as far as taste goes.My platter had the lobster tail, Walt's Shrimp, grilled shrimp, and grilled scallops. Everything from my platter was good and eaten wholeheartedly. The Lobster was really small, in my opinion, and had no kind of a spice taste, just a sweet Lobster taste.We did not have dessert because we were really full and were heading to a movie right after leaving.So we settled our bill, and I left our server a nice tip, all in $2.00 bills. This is my custom when I tip because it is unique.Now for the only real negative experience during our visit. We both needed to use the restrooms before we left, and upon entering, we both found that each of the restrooms was a disaster. They looked as if nobody had checked the facilities for hours. Products were out of stock, and one commode in the ladies' room was unserviceable because of overflow. No more details, but you can imagine.We spoke with the manager and told him our dinner was great and then we told him about the restrooms. He did apologize and said he would get them looked after right away.So all in all, a good experience, good food and a pleasant experience.I would like to see this location return or introduce more nautical elements to the motif, the same for the background music. It was kind of distracting listening to the same music that we hear while shopping for our groceries.Good place to eat, a good place to visit and a good location to start your evening.

First in all my days, I had a waiter (kevin)tell me I have options and I don't have to eat here because he was having issues with another table.We requested to sit near the front of the restaurant because we didn't want to be in the very back. This was a terrible idea because we were placed in kevin's section. Someone had to go get him because we sat for at least 5 minutes with no recognition. Then, he comes over with an attitude and tells us about our options. I requested a manager. Brittany B (supervisor) came and was apologetic about kevin and his absurdty. GM & Brittany asked us to allow them to make up for kevin. So, we decided to stay and be moved into another section. We were placed in Jodi's area but mainly served by Brittany. They both gave us the respect and treatment that I am accustom to receiving here. They made up for the original waiter that we received. Food was on point like usual. I had Walt's and the shrimp scampi with broccoli. My husband had grilled shrimp skewer and shrimp Alfredo with mashed potatoes and rice. We were appreciative of the extra mile that they went to make up for our mistreatment.
