Fix the womens bathroom it has a hole where you can see the other person in the stall next to you!! and also the server didn't even say happy birthday to my son amd we were eating there for his birthday! Disappointing food not worth the price you pay

Love the burger selection, try the Whiskey River. Service is always great and how can you beat bottomless fries. For what you pay at the fast food joints today, it's more than worth it to get a great angus burger at Red Robin for a similar price.

Once entering the restaurant, we were seated within 5 minutes, which was impressively fast. However, it took quite a while for drinks to be brought to our table, and napkins weren’t provided until after we had already eaten our appetizers. Speaking of appetizers, we ordered the fried pickles, which were hot, crispy, and paired with an amazing sauce—definitely a highlight.

For our main course, I ordered the Scorpion Burger, and my partner had the Jalapeño Heatwave Burger. Both burgers were cooked as requested, but I was disappointed that the bun on my Scorpion Burger was cold and greasy on top. The fries, while lightly fried, lacked the golden brown crispiness and seasoning I’ve enjoyed at other Red Robin locations.

Refills on drinks were slow to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the food was okay—nothing particularly bad, but nothing to rave about either.

Overall:
The quick seating and delicious fried pickles were great, but the lackluster fries and some service delays kept this visit from being better.

I used to eat at Red Robin several times a month but in the last several months it has went downhill to the point I don’t want to go anymore. I hadn’t been to this location in months and it wasn’t great this time either. The burger tasted like it should but the presentation on the plate was lacking and the service was horrible and it wasn’t busy. We had to wait for refills , the check, they hadn’t even bothered to tell a server we were there after we were seated. It wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Red Robin. This location has never been that great with service even well before “ covid”

Great food, great service, the burgers and the unlimited sides are a perfect combination!! The garlic and Parmesan broccoli is a little bit of a disappointment though, too much garlic and not enough parmesan. If you switch up the amount of each it would be perfect. More parmesan, less garlic.

Quick lunch grab for a busy fire station. Stopped in ordered 2 burgers fries and lemonade to go. $40 later i still only got 2 burgers and fries and lemonade....really? For hamburgers? What a rip off.

So came back 9/10/24
Sat at bar for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged or saw anyone. By the way there was not 1 person seated in or at the bar. This place is a joke! There was no emergency going on or any other employees. I told hostess and he seemed to care but immediately greeted someone who walked in. This place is garbage. I'll spend my money elsewhere!

Hamburgers were great and the sides were good. Split an avocado bacon burger with the unlimited sides. Little slow on the service but overall it was a experience good.
