Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Wait time was a normal 20-30 minutes. We were able to walk around the mall until they called to let us know our table was ready. Food tasted really good, although one member of our party got a burger instead of the grilled chicken she asked for. Unfortunately, just a couple of hours later, we all had very upset stomachs (4 out of 5 of us) which lasted until the next day.

The food was okay but nothing special. The service could have been better, we had to ask for drink refills multiple times. The milkshakes were really good though

I asked for a medium rare hamburger and it came out well done. The server never came back in a timely manner to ask if everything was ok so at that point I already ate it! The size of the hamburgers that Red Robin used to serve were double the size of what my sauteed mushroom burger was. I told the server it was my birthday lunch and she never even wished me a happy birthday, which is the correct human response. She never cleared off my table when I was done with my appetizer, she brought my food and I had to eat my food with dirty dishes sitting on my table. (I have OCD so that's disgusting) I asked her for a to go box and then she was talking to the other girls in the back so I got up and put my burger in the box with my appetizer. I did tell her I wasn't in a rush at the beginning but at the point when I asked you for a box you should immediately bring it to your customer, it is a hint that they are ready to leave. I still gave a little over a 20% tip but normally I would tip a lot more than that!

We went on a Sunday around 12:30 and we were seated immediately. They had a great burger special. The manager came over and introduced himself, and as it was our first time brought us some fries with w sauces to try. The food was delicious. Our waiter Trey did a great job taking care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Red Robin.

Another great family outing, this time at a new-to-us Red Robin! Most of us took advantage of the great burger, bottomless side, and drink for $9.99 promo. However, a new treat was to be had: we didn’t realize that you could replace your drink for a small charge and get a bottomless root beer float! Wow!!! That was superb! Best of all, my father-in-law, who is a wonderful but generally low-key man, was like a little kid enjoying not one but two refills of his root beer float. ❤️

I’m telling you, there’s something special about Red Robin. It’s a great place for a fun date, a family outing, or just another night out with a loved one or two! ❤️

It was just four of us, all adults, last Thursday night. For the second time in a week, we were seated in the bar area. The configuration is different from the one we last visited in Wesley Chapel, but as was the case there, it was not loud and the service was prompt.

The manager was friendly and stopped by to make sure we were all well taken care of. I’m happy to report that our server, Madi (short for Madison?), did a great job! We will definitely ask for her the next time we are there. 😊

The service has improved a lot here in recent months. Kira was a super friendly server! Everyone was attentive about refills and made an effort to make sure we had a good experience. Great food quality as well.

Service was lacking. Our party of two was sat, then someone sat at the bar, then another party of 1 was sat. By the time the server eventually came we were asking ourselves where the person was and if they were going to get our drink order.

The classic burger and fries were delicious. Milkshake was also delicious and big enough to share. Honestly, the service was the real issue here.

Yummy bottomless fries! Yes please! Great lunch with my babies!
