I usually don’t write review for pick up orders… but my experience was great today! I ordered online on Saturday night and it said it would be ready in 15 which I did not believe but when I arrived in about 20 minutes, everything was ready to go! The food was still warm when I got home and everything was correct including my complicated vegetarian burger. Fries were also done well, even though it seemed not super seasoned. Impressed with how easy, quick and accurate the experience at this location was.

I had never been to Red Robin before. Wow! I didn't know what I was missing! The best service, the best food, and everything was super fast! The french fries, salad, and Mac and cheese are unlimited! The manager greeted us and the waitress and all the staff were super friendly and cheerful! A spectacular place! Highly recommended! I hope to come back soon!

We came here for my son's birthday. Service started out great, waitress was quick and very attentive. I let her know it was my son's 9th birthday and she acknowledged it. Our food took a while to come out, but was very good. As soon as the food came out, the waitress disappeared. We went ~30 minutes without seeing her. We lingered for a bit, hoping for the birthday song to happen, but I never did. My son was pretty bummed he didn't get the typical birthday celebration at the restaurant.

Edited to add: The store manager reached out to me on 4/28 to apologize for my experience and listened to my concerns. I appreciated the opportunity to share those concerns.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sit down restaurant. I was seated at table 36 on April 27th when the restaurant opened. My party ordered two burgers and a chicken breast for our toddler. We waited over 45 minutes for our food after asking our waitress where our food was. Finally someone else came over to ask if we’d placed our order yet. Our waitress had never entered our order in their system! The manager wouldn’t fast track our order and we knew our order was going to take a while since the restaurant was full. We left without getting any food. We’ll never go back to this restaurant after this terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Took 15 min to get our soda order and never got a refills and guacamole and salsa appetizer was really bad the guacamole tasted and looked spoiled,!!!!!!And staff not friendly and manager never came over too see if everything was ok!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Not enough diabetic offerings!!!

Got seated on walking in. Absolutely fantastic chicken bites appatizer! Hamburger was pretty good also. Service was fast and friendly, great server! Price was very reasonable and loved the decor. ?

I had to have had the worst server! The restaurant was not busy....I knew what I wanted, so I ordered right away. Food was brought out quickly......my plate had possibly 4 French fries on it. I asked for more since they are bottomless and never received any during the entire time it took me to eat my burger. I tried numerous times to get her attention but was ignored. Finally, she walked by, and I asked her where my fries were.....her response was, "Oh yeah." Not exactly a way to get a decent tip.....

I was having a terrible day and decided to pop into Red Robin. There was a small icky problem at the bar, and the bartender (I can't remember her name, but she had a Ghostbusters Loungefly bag, just in case corporate sees this, it was her) fixed it immediately and brought it to a manager. Tyson came over and chatted with me about it. He apologized, which was fine, but the problem wasn't really anyone's fault, it just happened to happen. The cool bartender (again, sorry I'm forgetting your name, you sweet angel) let me borrow her eclipse glasses so I could see the eclipse from the patio, which was pretty rad! My sisters and my nephew joined me, we all had great service, and they got to use her eclipse glasses to catch the end too! Anyway, that's what happens when you have a problem, you can just tell someone about it and GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX IT before you go yelling at someone or acting a fool in social media reviews. Five stars for my turkey burger, 10 stars each for Tyson and my bartender eclipse angel. I am having a much better day after bottomless fries and this very unhinged but sincere review.
