We walked in and should have walked back out from the horrendous smell of the place but decided to sit down anyway. It took forever to our food. Never got checked back on. We finished eating and waited for our check never got it, walked to the front and asked to pay, and left. The food was nothing to brag about but more than anything it was the smell that absolutely ruined it all! No wonder no one else was here eating. We should have taken the hint but being from out of town we wanted to try it.

When we went to be seated, we asked the waitress kindly if we could seat at a different table since I knew my kids would be talkative and bother the people around. She didn't say anything, just gave us a look. So of course I asked again and she said yeah with a aggravated look. Then it took a while for our drinks to come, she hardly came by to check on us or asked if we needed refills. The fish that I had order was overcooked, that there was barely any meat in the fish. The shrimp cocktail was okay, and my kids tacos were okay. The fish was not tasteful. Wish we had a better service.

Food was very plain, chips tasted like they were from a bag, margaritas was all juice and took sweet. Biriani tacos had way too much cheese and no meat. Tripe tacos were great.

Place has gone downhill so bad. Staff was nice, although the service took forever. Food was absolutely subpar - very bland, steak on tacos were dry, chips tasted days old, and worst of all there was a dirty napkin cooked in the fajitas we got. To top it off the restaurant smells like dirty dishwater and sewage.

Service was pretty terrible. We were one of the only people there and still, we were barely waited.

We have been coming here for years and when we ordered the family margarita and OMG it was awesome! The food and consistency is why we keep coming back! Will continue coming back as long as we can!

This is the worst place to eat or bring your family - the menu prices are not accurate they charge for anything additional including onions and cilantro. The prices dont include meat, the drinks are purposely watered down with a lot of ice, for example buying an aqua freaca is $4.00 but i basically bought ice with a hint of juice. The waiter brought us our food never came back, we spoke to the manager and they didn’t care. I spent $50 for 3 steak tacos and 2 gorditas and two drinks. The ceiling fans are on while you food gets cold waiting to see if the waiter ever comes back or anyone at all passes by, overall horrible place to eat and they precharge the tip. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and also the worst tacos i have had, Taco bell tastes better as a reference

There was an odor in there when I went. I'm not sure if they're having plumbing issues, but it didn't smell great.
The place is bigger than I thought it would be with nice murals on the walls. The food was good but not anything special. Service was acceptable, but the fountain drinks were not good. Don't think I'll be back.

Food was overpriced for the quality you get. I got 2 orders of enchiladas and chips and it was almost $40. Not very flavorful and wasn't very fresh tasting. Also found a hair in my food, def won't be going back

I really like this place and will return sometime soon. I was looking for a place to kill time until my doctor appointment so I googled Mexican restaurant and Romi's Tacos popped up along with several more in the immediate area. I chose this one because I seem to always have better luck when I dine at stand -alone restaurants. The food was good, the portion was plenty, the server was friendly and attentive and the decor was festive cultural. I don't have anything negative to say here. Please keep up the good work!
