This place is HORRIBLE with giving the proper sauces/dressings! I've ordered here many times because its the closest gyros and everytime I order a GREEK salad they forget my GREEK dressing! ESPECIALLY if I order blue cheese with wings on the same order. REMEMBER THE DRESSING THE PERSON ORDERED!

As a once loyal customer it pains me to leave this review. I was foolish and placed an online order with this restaurant after Hurricane Milton. We didn’t have power and were just trying to get food. We go to pick up the order and were informed that the computer was broken and they were not taking online orders, at this point the restaurant wasn’t open, there was a guy standing outside with the credit card machine taking drive through orders. So we go through the drive through placing another order and paying a second time. We ask to speak to the manager about getting a refund. He comes to the window and asks that we pull around and he’ll come out and take my information, so we do that. He has me write down all the information about the amount my card # my name and phone number. Did says he’ll call me in a day or so when the system is back up. I never hear from him. I call up a week or so later he takes my information again and tells me he’s gonna take care of my refund. Again nothing…I call he says the same thing again. I. All to place a pick up order one Friday night again asking him about it…he swears he’s gonna take care of it. And here we are almost a week later I am patronizing his establishment again and he has the audacity to tell me to dispute it with my bank, he’s not gonna refund it because he. Any find the transaction matching what I told him. I showed him my bank account showing the transaction he says he can’t refund it. This guy is a crook. He stole my $55.85. After some persuasion he “promised my husband he was sending it to “corporate” to have them refund me. But his word means nothing. And to top it off, the food we bought tonight was the nastiest ever! The chicken was fried dry, the French fries were cold and soggy, the gizzards were fried hard, the shrimp bowl was dry. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I used to love to eat here, food was hot, fresh, and taste was on point and it's just blend no flavor, and sometimes you get the food hot, french fries tastes like old grease and my drink had a bug in it. I would never come back to this location again in Brandon, they have alot of work to do, let's start by your employees not having attitudes, food tastes better and fresh, no bugs in drinks that means nobody is cleaning the machine right and keep Flys out have pest control come out to spray, and clean up the bathroom it should not look disgusting at all.
