I’ve never heard of this place before moving here and I’ve never been there until today. It did say fresh so I didn’t mind the weight and it was well worth it. Everything is so hot and fresh it taste delicious. They give you complementary hot sauce and ketchup. This is the best fast food food I’ve ever had

Just had the worst experience! Order a serving of fried calamari through the drive through while on my way started eating, the food was a lil salty. While hoping only a few rings would taste that way the more I continue the saltier it got! Called the store told the associate of the food she said I could return it. Got back the “manager” who refused to identify herself proceeded to embarrass me saying I’ve had too much of it and as per her policy she had to remake the amount I returned. I told her she can discard the salted one and if we have to go back and forth I’m not doing that over food. The way I felt disrespected and embarrassed by her saying it’s the policy. I ask her to show the policy and she mentioned she don’t have to and also that she doesn’t have to give her name is unbecoming of a manager. This happened at the Brandon store 1013. Decency goes a far way when dealing with a paying client. The food was remade and she took it from the associate and started to argue. I guess she will now discard both orders when she could’ve made a business decision to appease the customer. Who benefits?

The original gyro was really good, and the fried okra was also cooked well and had great flavor. I did try to order hush puppies, but they said they don’t sell them, which was disappointing.
What really brought my rating down was the experience at the counter—I was overpriced and overcharged for a sandwich, which was frustrating. Between that and the overall atmosphere, the visit wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. The food was the highlight, but everything else definitely needs improvement.

Absolutely awful experience first time having a bad experience at this Salem‘s the young lady Kumar took my order for a delivery. I was doing Uber eats and she gave my food out to someone else I guess but I stood in front of the register the whole time as she took other people’s orders handled them and then took orders for drive-through and get handled them and still didn’t come back to me. I’m sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for an order for a five piece swing. when I finally start to say something about my weight in the inconveniencing of the orders time that I’m supposed to be picking it up 20 minutes before the time they even gave me the drink for the order I can’t understand a business being busy, but it’s there’s no regard for someone who took a order forand then let them sit and then ignore making eye contact with them. That’s not service. These girls need to pay attention and see who’s been served and who hasn’t and then check on them when they’re waiting for 10 + mins for food that should be already done upon arrival. I hope I don’t get an order for this establishment until after 5 o’clock when the night tune people know how to get it done

I always come in the morning to this salems and man I don’t know how to express the joy every time I come in everybody is professional and nice food always fresh and delicious the place is always kept clean and nice the customer service is what really keeps me coming man I’m always welcomed I tried to give the manager a tip but she did not accept it she said leave us a review instead but she’s very sweet and respectful I asked her the name and I thing is quomar how is spell only I think I really should point out they do put a lot shrimp season so ask for light
There was a payment error so I was charged twice for the meal. Cannot seem to get the problem solved. Seem to be getting the run around.

I come to salems allot and I came this time wanting some fries I got 2 family fries and 4 ranches and it was 34 dollars I also asked for extra seasoning and get none on my fries every single time.
