I come to salems allot and I came this time wanting some fries I got 2 family fries and 4 ranches and it was 34 dollars I also asked for extra seasoning and get none on my fries every single time.

I've been going to Salems for years, not consistently but whenever I go the quality is šÆ Last time I got bassa over Greek salad and it was enough for lunch and dinner. The only change I'd make is less mayo on the potato salad or just leave it out.

The food was horrible š¤¢ Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, fries, fried okra, and strawberry shake. The sandwich was some salted beef with 1/2 lump of cheese on it. It was inedible. The fries were cold. The okra was fair. The shake was more like milk with pieces of strawberry in it. Had part of a napkin and no plastic cutlery in the bag. Wasted my money!!!

I really like coming here, I do wish that the promos were more front and center as I spent 13.09 for a combo but the fries were life so, iām cool with the #4 Chicken I got, wold have gotten two of em for 11 but thatās a thought for next time. I also pointed out a safety hazard and the staff member actually came out with me so i could point at the floor i was talking about and that shows a lot of care for something that couldāve just been āover thereā.
Iāve never gotten not tasty food, even having to bike 10-20 minutes home with it jiggling and shifting it was still a proper meal which I really appreciate because they are open late late, prices are great, and they seem to or do care about moving the orders; you may find yourself waiting a bit more than a Wendyās but itās worth it.
Disgusting establishment! They allow people to dine in without shoes!!! I will never return !

First time ordering here and I was impressed. I ordered the Bassa fish sandwich and it was deliciousālight, crispy, and full of flavor. The piece of fish was huge, hanging over the bread so I could tear off extra bites. The fries were seasoned perfectly and came in a generous portion.
Mahmoud gave amazing service. Iām picky and asked a lot of questions, but he was patient, polite, and made me feel welcome. He even told me about specials, and this was with a drive-through line about 10 cars deep wrapped around the parking lot.
The strawberry milkshake wasnāt for me since itās blended with milk and ice cream, but if you like a lighter milkshake you might enjoy it. Overall, great food and excellent service. Iāll be back!
