Jessenia was amazing on the Bar chuck is a awesome addition to the mgmt team and the staff seems to really respect him. Have never had a bad experience in the last 2 years of coming here. Nice late night spot to chill after work

Really great food! Staff is awesome. Jessenia is a real gem. She has the best customer service and is super attentive to patrons. Pretty much the only place that I eat when I don't eat at home.

Service became better after Jessenia assisted us. Here goal was to ensure everything was to our expectations. Prior to her jumping in, we were sitting there an hour and had not been asked for our food order

Jessenia absolute fave I just love her ?

Food was okay. Chelly our waitress was slow and probably had too many tables. It took over 20 minutes to bring our stew that was only like warm. No one knew what tables were which and how to make the drinks on the menu. It was just really disorganized and understaffed. Very disappointing for Smokey bones.

Wasted 2 hours here, ordered food and got drinks quickly enough, then the food took over an hour to come out. Waitress said it was ready, just waiting on 2 more things. We then waited for another 30 minutes. We ended up spending over 2 hours here with most of the time waiting for food and then the check.Horrible waste of time, go eat somewhere else.

Ordered a medium rare ribeye with shrimp, a house salad, and corn bread. The plate looked great, although we expected our salad before the meal came out. The shrimp were great! The steak was overcooked almost well done and the salad was past it prime, but I didn't catch it the first bite. On top of the wilted mess were fresh sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and onions. The supposed corn bread was really corn muffins and dry as a bone. I ate one, but the other was too hard to eat.

Our bartender Jassenia is very sweet and caring. Enjoyed their company and will definitely be back. The triple rum bunch was one of the best ones I’ve had in awhile ❤️
