I guess Starbucks is strapped for cash. Or maybe just this one? We ordered two of the same exact lattes and they looked completely different, one was super light and one looked super dark. Even the barista agreed!! When we asked for another shot, she said they were unable to give one unless they upcharge me, which is odd bc the drink was already $10!! Then gave me these odd excuses as to why the drinks look completely different. Now I was a shift supervisor for only 4 years at Starbucks, so what do I know, maybe Starbucks just isn’t the third place it used to be, or maybe this store just doesn’t know how to make the moment right ??‍♂️ ?

Friendly staff, good food, and drinks as expected. Noticablely very dirty throughout the entire place. I haven't seen a Starbucks that dirty before.

We came in for a late coffee run and stayed for a little before heading to dinner. Inside was quiet only a few people which was nice.also this location was pretty clean inside. I ordered my regular iced oat latte and two hot cocoa specifically warm for my kids and when they were ready I could feel the cups were pretty hot. When I opened the lids I could feel the heat so I ended up asked for ice cubes to hopefully cool the drinks down but it didn't solve my solution unfortunately.Overall it wasn't terrible for me but for kids it's a different situation.

Worst location to visit . Every single time I have stopped by. It has been such a disappointment. Definitely need to look into more customer service training. Snyder or Ryder or whatever his name is needs to be in another positions instead of the drive thru. Refused to let me scan my rewards to redeem just because he rushed to give me my change . Such a low quality location. Especially for high volume customers like my self .

For those kind people who care about where their money goes and what it supports, Starbucks gives money DIRECTLY to the IDF which is responsible for the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians. Over 20k people in 2 months have been deleted from existence in Gaza, while the IDF continues to cut off food, electricity, fuel and water from the 2.2 million people living in the besieged Gaza strip.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years however, recently the service has been beyond slow, and they are out of different ingredients daily. Not sure what’s going on, in the past, they have been spot on.
