Starbucks

I would not recommend coming here unless you have an extra 40mins to spare. I have tried this location multiple times since moving here and it is the slowest service I have ever experienced. Even with all the extra time they still make low quality drinks and the service is hot or miss.

Would rather wait on drive up than help customers inside. Not friendly either. Won't even greet you let alone make eye contact

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I am frustrated with the guy working at the window. When I pulled up to pay, instead of giving me the option to select a tip on my own, he pushed $4.00 for himself. When I made a comment on it, he denied that he did that & told me to leave the drive thru. Pretty upsetting and disrespectful, I had a mobile order AND a new order when I pulled into the drive thru and he seemed to be annoyed with me. I recently moved to the area so I am disappointed that my close Starbucks location gave me this experience.

My frap don't always come out right

Sitting in line in my car, about 20 minutes two cars in front of me ridiculous. Hire some people or train them something thanks.

The short guy with dark hair and glasses is severely lacking in customer service. When asking questions or just saying what I want, gave zero response, no smile, nothing like we were bothering him. No thank you or anything. Very rude. Music is also loud.

Look, I’ll never stop drinking Starbucks. But I will avoid this one. 3 pm shift right here, they’re rude and it’s seasonal time. No reason my PSL comes out tasting like milk. Drink wasn’t even orange. Just avoid this one. Not the first time for the rudeness and drinks are just rushed.

The matcha green tea frozen venti is my favorite. Super fast and new fav drink thank you.

Barista was RUDE! Very unprofessional. After waiting for about 20 minutes for my my drink, I approached the counter to ask about my drink. I couldn’t get the first words out and she more or less told me to sit down anthem would call my name. I had noticed two or three people who ordered after me who had gotten their drinks…and no, they weren’t mobile orders. I am in Starbucks very frequently and I’ve never been treated so badly. I realize at times things get busy…both my daughters worked at Starbucks….but wow. I just can’t recommend a store where the employees are so rude. Oh. Restrooms are filthy too.
