Starbucks

This morning, I ordered a Vt Iced Caffe latte with hazelnut syrup at the drive-thru on my way to school, but when I got to school, I discovered it tasted weird and was actually an Iced pumpkin spice latte, which I'm not supposed to have due to health reasons and my morning routine.

I just came in and ordered a Frappuccino and wanted to try a cake pop for the first time so I got the pink birthday cakepop...I bit into it expected cake consistency and when i say it was straight raw dough it was complete raw dough. When I went and showed the lady at the cash register she said it's supposed to be like that so they can put icing on it. She offered me another one but I feel that this has forever steered me away from cake pops. It was the consistency of freshly made cookie dough 🤢. Waste of 4$ I should of taken a picture of it to show I am not over exaggerating

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting me with genuine smiles and making me feel welcome. My drink was prepared quickly, even during a busy morning rush, which was impressive. You can tell the team works so well together—everything ran smoothly, and their positive energy was contagious. Highly recommend this location for great service and fast drinks!

There's no better place to get a cheese danish and there is practically no other place to get one. Not even Panera bread. Caramel frappuccino and a cheese danish is the kiss of God. :)

Very unfortunate ,while eating my breakfast and , I was working on my OSHA assignment,5 minutes into my assignment the WiFi cuff off and not accessible, not available.

Denied me tap water unless I made a purchase while I’m 7 months pregnant. It’s 100 degree weather and I order from here every week. Terrible!

I asked three times for a drink and they don’t hear me and when I ask why they bring me the wrong drink they tell me I’m the one making a mistake. I asked for change the drink and they tell me they don’t want it and I asked for the manager And the manager have the same attitude. And I asked if I need to drink something I don’t want it and she told me she don’t want to make it. That’s why you got 3 star.
Never came to this place always people have attitude

Overall I usually don’t have a problem with Starbucks in general.. but if you say you’re open until 10pm I would expect to not waste my time and gas and get there 30 minutes before they “close” to find that it is closed.

Popped into this Starbucks in Brandon, and wow, the barista made my caramel macchiato exactly how I love it! Plus, the cozy corner by the window was the perfect spot to chill and people-watch.

Daughter is a regular, now probably never coming back. They didn’t put the lid on right, so it exploded all over her and husband’s brand new truck. When he went in for napkins and a fresh drink, the server he spoke to had an attitude and no care for the fact my daughter was smothered in coffee, whipped cream and ice cubes because of their error. Apparently, the barista behind counter forgot they worked in customer service. I used to work in business and food, both as a server and manager. Had I been told my employees treated a customer that way they would’ve been terminated on the spot. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love to pay $7 for flavored milk. I miss when you all used to add actual coffee to your drinks.
