The short guy with dark hair and glasses is severely lacking in customer service. When asking questions or just saying what I want, gave zero response, no smile, nothing like we were bothering him. No thank you or anything. Very rude. Music is also loud.
I’ve always loved Starbucks for their product and specially their customer service. But in this location, the barista was rude, tried rushing our order and had ti redo it, but blame us. I will comeback in a few weeks just to see if their service was improved.
Went thru drive thru on 4/19/24 @ 7:40am. Was greeted by a cheerful batista her name was Emily. I work in the Healthcare field and had a long nigh shift. Just Emily's service alone made a world of difference to my mood. She was also helpful in helping me make substitution to my orders. She made ME feel cheerful. Starbucks did good hiring this young lady. They should use her to train the rest of staff on custom service.
