The mall has a lot of options for meals and drinks, but Starbucks is the center for beverages in the mall. So definitely it’ll be packed. What’s astounding is how much tunnel vision people can have. People watching here is atrocious. They’ll be selfish and stressing that their order that they placed 4 minutes ago hasn’t been made when there was a line when they got there and a whole bundle of people at the waiting area. Lots of people don’t think it’s a big deal to just “ask for a water” since it’s “so easy” when clearly they’ve got too much crap to handle in such a cramped space. I respect that they deal with that everyday and worse, during days with deals. Feels like people become snobby just because they ordered something priced high instead of for legitimate reasons. Annoying. And don’t get me started on the trash. They’ll not recognize that, by walking at most 14 steps, they’ll find a trash can or their own trash bins. No, they’ll just leave it on the counters, at the place near the straws and the tables, since apparently this is a restaurant. People, man. It feels stressful being there just cause people can’t understand basic manners and patience.

My wife and I went to UTC after birthday dinner. Went to Cheesecake Factory for dessert. Went to Starbucks for coffee.. It was the WORST coffee I ever drank. I actually spilled it out.

Ask Bridget for a double espresso ice in the cup first probably ordered this drink 1500 times. She said I’m not making the drinks. I can’t guarantee the ice in the cup first which is insane. I watch people do custom drinks that are all over the place and anytime I order this drink on the tag it says ice first, she just refused and like asked me why and it’s because polyethylene plastic is only rated to 180° the espresso comes out of the machine at 190 to 195°. It shouldn’t be poured into direct plastic cup.

Never disappointed in Starbucks until I pay. Fortunately, the products are tasty enough to warrant the price but.....
Building and bathrooms were filthy. Staff was unfriendly. One girl had hickeys all over her neck. Order was messed up twice. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.

Will never come here again. My mom is diabetic and gets dehydrated from her pills so since it was 6pm on the dot they told me they cannot serve me a glass of water, umm I guess they only care about money and not ppls
