Ask Bridget for a double espresso ice in the cup first probably ordered this drink 1500 times. She said I’m not making the drinks. I can’t guarantee the ice in the cup first which is insane. I watch people do custom drinks that are all over the place and anytime I order this drink on the tag it says ice first, she just refused and like asked me why and it’s because polyethylene plastic is only rated to 180° the espresso comes out of the machine at 190 to 195°. It shouldn’t be poured into direct plastic cup.

Never disappointed in Starbucks until I pay. Fortunately, the products are tasty enough to warrant the price but.....
Building and bathrooms were filthy. Staff was unfriendly. One girl had hickeys all over her neck. Order was messed up twice. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.

Waiting 30 minutes in line for them to tell me thier out of cold brew. Today is 5/13/2023 and the service was awful, Starbucks should be embarrassed by the staff they put out there today.

My husband bought a Java chip Frappuccino. There was barely no chips and it tastes like water. It was not the best place to buy my Java chip. I will not be buying a Java chip from there again.
