Sadly it looks like the nighttime manager the Jamaican or Haitian or ??? black woman ran this place right in the ground that it went out of business. I remember one time waiting 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru in the evening she had no idea what she was doing. I think that's the longest ever waited in the Drive-Thru in my fast food career and unfortunately it's structured you can't escape . basic things like giving the customer a total $ after they order were a challenge for her instead just telling to pull forward. The daytime shift was the highlight usually very consistent and pleasant Alberto was a beast on the grill delivering consistent quality burgers. He was the glue that held operation together. This place will be missed and was a staple in the Brandon area for as long as anybody can remember. What a shame

Holy goodness it took them 15 min to make 3 burgers 🍔 😳 😬 that i ordered online 20 min prior so all in all 40 min this has to be the worst place please dont eat here. Order my food at noon waited till 1:30 come on this is not right, after getting my food the fries are nasty old the burger had a hair in it.
