Instead of them just telling me they didn’t have root beer they gave me Coke playing it off. Do you guys not understand that root beer is caffeine free? And it’s important to be transparent with the customers. I don’t consume caffeine. Unfortunately I already had a few sips before realizing it was not root beer. Now I’ll be up all night. I’m already clocked back in from my lunch break so I can’t even go back up there, so I’m taking it here. Double check before you even pull off.

Me and my husband both work night shifts so our food options are slim it’s really just the same few things. I frequently come to this location with little to no change in my order but somehow Every time I go they mess something up. Like they forget drinks, sides, or even give us the complete wrong order. I work customer service so I understand having a long day, I get tired too but even when I come in to correct the order I’m met with an attitude no matter how nice I am like it’s my fault. I’d recommend eating inside so you can correct anything for when it inevitably does go wrong because in the event you don’t check your food the one time thinking they for sure got it right?! he repeated it to me and everything! I end up with something wrong again even after I had to go in and make a correction prior to leaving. Will be going to other locations from now on.

Shouting my order and walking away while leaving half the tables dirty is not exactly model customer service. This place used to be a nice hang out when I was a kid. Now, you're lucky to speak to a human at all. Shame.

This place is really stepping it up. The staff is friendly and attentive. They greeted us, gave our kids stuff to play with, and checked in with us on how our food was. The food came out promptly, was accurate, and warm. The atmosphere was nice and the tables clean. Had a great time with the family. Would definitely recommend.

The first 4 times I went to this location the staff was unprofessional, cut off my sentences when I spoke to them, and got most of the order wrong. They’ve also given stuff to me with attitude. The last time i was there, again, got my order wrong. But this time the staff was more professional and polite- even offered a free item since I drove back to get my order correct. Looks like they’ve been seeing the reviews! Hopefully they can keep the positive employees around.

You have to order on the kiosk inside and use a QR code on your receipt to get refills (free) if you purchased a drink. Happy hour is still 2-5 during the week with half off milk shakes! No server inside but you can still sit at tables and eat.
