Cheap and cheerful. Not that much but more exciting than McDolands by a long shot. As of late however and basically since 2021 I can’t recommend coming in.

We ordered a Frisco melt meal and it was awful, the bread was so saggy, saturated in thousand island dressing on reg bread that will not hold it's form under that much dressing 😢! Our second order was a bacon cheeseburger and it was equally as bad ! Neither sandwich was seasoned, the fries 🍟 was barely warm and we ended up throwing them both in the trash! Oh yes our burgers had a dirty grill taste !!

Even though there are kiosks now It still felt like a trip back to the original steak n shake many years ago. I can remember going with my dad when I was little and now I get to experience that with my wife. We got milkshakes and Frisco melt and a western burger. They were cooked to absolute perfection. I have no idea why SnS isn't so much more widespread. You get so much good food for a bang of the buck. The restaurant interior was clean, the staff was welcoming, and it was overall a wonderful experience. I enjoyed my visit and I am highly satisfied. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Steak 'n Shake! From the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru, you’re greeted with exceptional customer service that truly makes a difference. The crew and management go above and beyond to ensure every visit is enjoyable.
The food is consistently fresh and delicious, whether you’re craving a classic steakburger or one of their famous milkshakes. I’ve never had to wait long, regardless of whether I’m using the drive-thru or placing a mobile order, which is a huge plus.
Honestly, no matter where I am, I find myself waiting to return to the Brandon area just to indulge in another meal from Steak 'n Shake. It’s become my go-to spot, and I appreciate the fantastic experience they provide time and time again. Thank you to the entire team for making each visit a great one! Highly recommended!

Picked up a ToGo order of 4:Double Cheeseburger Combo Meals all with different toppings. Everything was correct hot and delicious! We will be picking up from there again soon.
Personable , welcoming, CLEAN Greeter, chef all very friendly. This is tje only Steak N Shake i will visit. Restrooms are clean also.

The thing I’m writing a review on is the floors I mentioned that my pregnant wife about slipped and showed them the oil on their paper towel as I swipe it on the ground yes it dirty but the grease is what I was pointing out. The young girl with all the tattoos solution was put wet floor signs out and not clean the oil when the grill cooked walked out and almost slipped his self. Simply trying to keep a problem or a injury from happening obviously the staff are no concern about the liability that is at fault wet floor signs don’t cover oil on the floor
