The quality of the food and shakes was fairly good.However, the establishment is in dire need of maintenance. The parking lot and drive-thru were littered with trash, and the interior of the restaurant appeared unkempt and unclean.It is disappointing that the management team does not prioritize the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant. With proper care and attention, this establishment has the potential to thrive.

Best steak n shake in the area! Love the food! Quick drive thru- perfect for a timed lunch break. I have encountered Amber in the drive thru a few times. She is absolutely wonderful! John also provides fantastic customer service. You can tell he really cares about his employees, too. Brandon is better for people like John choosing to do business here.

Burger was very greasy which seems to be the new norm. And I had to scan my receipt to get the fountain machine to work. Seems like a lot of money was spent to keep us from getting refills when a sign would work.

Even though you have to do the ordering yourself... The food is still great.
I like the foor, but the employees do not follow simple instructions, and you have to constantly repeat yourself over and over smh and they STILL get the order wrong, geez..

I go to this location once a week and get the frisco melt. Today I was there it had a massive amount of sauce on it to the point it was inedible. When I spoke to the manager she did not seem to care and when I told her I would not be back her response was "ok." Guess she did not care that she lost a weekly customer.
