I was here yesterday and the lady that was helping me was amazing. I was just there and a older man was there. Stingy cheap and arid tbh there a sign clearing saying present coupons before ordering. Which I did . I was told I will be charged extra for mayo and black olives . Which I thought condiments and toppings are free. I snap on him and now told him that instead of having 60 cents in mayo . He has 2 sandwiches wastage cause I’m going to a different subway

Staff extremely rude during the process of making my sandwich. Order was originally cancelled. I asked why and he advised he would need to contact his manager since she was the one who did it. I was then told after if I did not sit down he would not make my food as if I were a toddler. I never raised my voice or spoke to him in any disrespectful manner. All of this to find out it is was because I had a free footlong coupon via Disney+

This is the 3rd time and last time this particular location has messed up my order. It is not like they were swamped with orders either. I ordered a foot long sandwich online, paid $12 for it, and when I arrived home, there was just a 6 inch sub. Granted I should have looked, but why can't these employees read a order properly!!! We were the only ones in the parking lot and there was NO ONE in the building but the one employee. I just don't understand this incompetence and lack of care.

This Subway has been a staple in our community forever. I don't know how many hands has turned on the actual business but I can tell you my experience are they know my family and my children.They are good loving people. At the same time I am disappointed that they cannot take coupons, so unfortunately I have to go to other subways. Although I would like to represent them, they need to make a decision whether or not they want to keep customers or shut down. Staying afloat means they need to represent coupons in advertisement. The way things are going It's not going to be a good turnout for this community. There are so many subways now so I know it's difficult. But if you cannot even take coupons maybe you should rethink staying in business or maybe going into something else that would benefit their family.

asked for garden salsa chips, got harvest cheddar. asked for double chocolate cookie, got a regular chocolate chip cookie. asked for italian herb bread, sandwich was on white bread. literally didn’t get one single item of my meal correct and the receipt is on the bag with my correct order

Been in here for 15 mins waiting while the worker is in the back prepping some stuff. There's a sign that says they're be back in 10mins. Then she looks at my after I have been standing here for 15mins and tells me she's not opened. I look around confused and state that her hrs are until 930pm, it's only 840pm. Then she states, oh yeah only for online order..like seriously. She could've told me this since I walked in. And that's not what it says on the site not on the sign she clearly have displayed.

If I could rate a 0 I would guy that was working was rude nd was rushing us to make our sandwiches which he completely messed up all of them nd weren't toasted at all after we requested so... I'm highly upset nd unsatisfied with his customer service I do not recommend this location to anyone like where is my meat nd he put alot of veggies when I said light on that and condiments
