Tuna is always a safe choice for me from this establishment, but unfortunately, I ordered 3 sandwiches today, and only 1 of them was the tuna.
The service really sucked. The "Plus Sized" employee today was very rude. You could hardly hear her when she spoke, and even then, she didn't pay attention to the answer to her questions. The sandwich orders were wrong after telling her more than once what toppings were to go with each sandwich, but I didn't even bother to correct her because it seemed like I "bothered her enough".

It's really sad when you've been going to a place for over 12 yrs, and today was the worst I saw of this place. It's really gone downhill. Not sure if it's a training issue or just lazy employees. Wife and I went today 9-7-24, first noticed it was really stuffy inside. When we went up to order, we noticed the lettuce first.. it WAS NOT fresh. It was brown and looked wilted. The olives were drowning in liquid. Tomatoes looked old. Just none of the vegetables looked remotely good to eat. There was also alot of cross contamination between the vegetables. Sad to say, we continued to order our sandwiches, and two hours later, we both regretted it. It's just really disappointing to see the quality go down to this point at a place we've been going to for so long. On top of it all, seems with everything else, it was $38. Sadly, we won't return for probably a year.

I visited this subway because I was starving after a day of work and to my surprise when a woman who served the service entered, she told me that I had to wait 20 minutes. I told her why? Because I'm preparing to pick up, there were two people working, then I saw how she grabbed the ham and gave it to the guy who works to try it to make sure it was good, then she put the rest back, I will never come back to this place she a Terrible person also does not comply with the curriculum of that place, very poor communication with the public

I’ve been going to this store with my wife for years, and I’m not planning to come back. The girl that works there is so rude an unprofessional. She told me to wait 20 minutes, because she was busy preparing food for take out. Plus…..she grab same ham and gave it to the other guy that works there to taste it, and after that, she put it back in the tray. So disgusting. I’m very disappointed with these employees.

Guy who was making my sandwich put it in the toaster then went to the register rubbing his hands all over the register with his gloves then I said your not touching my sandwich after rubbing your hands on that register. The lady who finished making my sandwich threw it in a bag that had sauce all over the outside of the bag and when I asked her for it to be put in another bag then she said, it what's on your sandwich. I then told her I'm not putting that nasty bag in my car and she argued with me instead of putting it in another clean bag and yes I raised my voice when I finally asked for my refund after I saw the tips of his gloves were black. Then the young man asked the lady behind me what she wanted on her sandwich and she said your not touching my sandwich!! He said okay I'll change my gloves. I've never had this experience here, not ever! NEVER GOING TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!!!!!! MGMT needs to do better!!!

Ever since the management change over . This store is always out of product , spinach , cheese , forks , rotisserie, etc. the crew is awesome atmosphere is great . Ordering needs to get better

The sandwich artist was sweet as can be but the owner doesn't know how to order supplies properly so there was hardly any meat, cheese, or veggies to choose from. I guess all food deliveries come on Thursday so don't waste your time stopping by to get a sandwich on Wednesdays. Very disappointed I couldn't get so much as a tomato slice or provolone cheese.
