Honestly last 2 times I ate here my stomach was screwed up for two days. Maybe its not as clean as it looks.

This store smells bad I went there today order my sandwich sit down to eat saw the young man putting ice in machine in lobby with a bucket kinda dirty on outside look like a paint bucket not your regular ice bucket but the smell not sure
They should fix their hour of operations. Showed up well before 10pm the they are “closed”. I am done with subway! You lost a twice a week customer.

Tuna Itallian Herb sub with the extra mayo was crazy good 🔥 The raisin cookie oat was delicious & surprised me a bit there cause I don’t remember last time I ever wanted to try anything but chocolate chip. Also appreciate the good service because I havnt stepped in a Subway in years. Y’all stay Blessed !

Courtney is the BEST! She makes the best sandwiches. If we go and she isn't working, we leave. We've had not so great sandwiches made from other workers so we only go while she is working. Tonight 7/28, 5:00pm it was so excruciatingly hot in that store. I felt so bad for her having to work in those conditions. Shame on the owners for not getting that AC repaired as soon as it broke!!! I don't see them working in that heat!!! But Courtney still made our yummy sandwiches with a smile on her face and her normal joyful self!!!!

Deceptive Practices!! Stay Away!!! I would give this review O stars if I could!! WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
I chose to visited this location as I do approx. once a month to try an support a neiborhood business in my area. I decided to visit this location again on 7/10, when I could have spent my hard earned money anywhere. I also planned to use a coupon I received from Subway in the mail this visit for any 2 subs for 12.99 After having my 2 subs made and proceeded to checkout and redeem my Subway coupon, I was told the coupon wasn't working becaused I had already used it. The fact was I had never used this coupon and just recently received them in my mail box along with other fastfood coupons. Not only that, I have used these same mailed coupons from Subway in the past and never had an issue. After about 15 minutes waiting to get them to figure out why their coupon wasn't working, on top of the time it took to wait for my food to be prepaired and both associates tried to redeemed my coupon and still insisting it had been used already. I insisted the coupon hadn't been redeemed prior and ask if they could contact a manager to figure this out, which they claimed no they couldn't and I could either pay FULL PRICE or I could call the manager Renee tomorrow to deal with the issue. I even asked if I could pay them cash and they take this up with the manager the next day being I wasnthe customer being inconvenienced and it was their system problem not mine. I was told no, unless I wanted to pay FULL PRICE, and had to leave without getting the 2 hot subs. that had already been made and now going to waste because I refuse to pay FULL price or a employee discount price that was still more than the coupon price indicated.
They don't offer zero sugar Gatorade in the store yet it's on the app. Not good, need to fix this

We went in today 4/29 at 5:25 P.m. and got great service. The young lady who was working all by herself deserves a raise! She was dealing with rude customers, a broken register and making all the food herself.

This is a good location but they need to step up the cleanliness and fresh food. My lettuce was brown and I saw fruit flies by the soda counters. The chocolate chip cookies taste old. It's a monday! Everything should be fresh and clean. Also expecting a tip while these are the conditions is also ridiculous.

Paid $12 for a 6in Tuna on flatbread with chips and a drink. If a smurf ate this sandwhich theyd still be hungry. They put so little tuna on this sub that tuna numbers in wild actually increased.
Love how they get my special order right every time!

Tuna is always a safe choice for me from this establishment, but unfortunately, I ordered 3 sandwiches today, and only 1 of them was the tuna.
The service really sucked. The "Plus Sized" employee today was very rude. You could hardly hear her when she spoke, and even then, she didn't pay attention to the answer to her questions. The sandwich orders were wrong after telling her more than once what toppings were to go with each sandwich, but I didn't even bother to correct her because it seemed like I "bothered her enough".

It's really sad when you've been going to a place for over 12 yrs, and today was the worst I saw of this place. It's really gone downhill. Not sure if it's a training issue or just lazy employees. Wife and I went today 9-7-24, first noticed it was really stuffy inside. When we went up to order, we noticed the lettuce first.. it WAS NOT fresh. It was brown and looked wilted. The olives were drowning in liquid. Tomatoes looked old. Just none of the vegetables looked remotely good to eat. There was also alot of cross contamination between the vegetables. Sad to say, we continued to order our sandwiches, and two hours later, we both regretted it. It's just really disappointing to see the quality go down to this point at a place we've been going to for so long. On top of it all, seems with everything else, it was $38. Sadly, we won't return for probably a year.
