I usually go to Sunflower cafe and decided to try this place as I was in the shopping center. BIG MISTAKE! The place had very loud club music playing… smelled like they used cleaning products to underwhelm the smell from the old pipes and sewage coming from the bathroom. The server was very lack luster and wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable about the menu. She left for what felt like an eternity before taking our order. She looked like she just rolled out of bed! If you’re expecting great sushi then Do Not go here! I can’t believe they are still in business. The so called sushi was lacking ingredients and they were tiny! Publix has better sushi! I should’ve grabbed a burger from Burger King or McDonald’s and saved a lot of money!

Waitress was great but, she was the only one waiting on tables. Boo on the manager. Maybe someone called in sick. Simple roles were ok but, I've had fresher sushi. I'll give em one more try. Oh, you can't sit at the sushi bar. Host had no explanation.

The flavor of the food is absolutely delicious, but I did not get a single item that was hot. I had some room temp soup, room temp wings, and cold entree (chicken katsu). It also took a really long time to get the meal while it's not that busy, so it makes me wonder if the food just sat waiting.
We ordered takeout here as we had done one time previously. This time around the sushi was subpar. Spent nearly $100 for takeout order for our family and none of the rolls were very good. All of the rolls seemed pretty lacking in flavor altogether and plain. They were packaged great for takeout, but overall disappointed with the quality of the sushi as a whole.

Sushi Ninja in Brandon FL is a great find! The restaurant has a nice vibe and the food is amazing! The sushi is nice snd fresh. We especially enjoyed the Korean dishes. They tasted like my mom’s cooking!
