Meant to leave this review on Saturday 05/24/25! My husband and I (at last minute driving by) decided to swing through the drive thru. He mainly wanted a drink but you know you can’t leave without ordering like you were starving. Paul greeted us at the speaker. He was so polite and even laughed at my husband’s corny joke. Got to the window and he was even friendlier. Paul noticed his hat (101st airborne) and thanked him for his service. We pulled away and when rounded the building, Paul came out the front and gave him 2 free taco tickets. What an outstanding gentleman y’all have! Thank you, Paul for being an amazing person!!!

Service toooooo slow, when we arrived at 7:00pm there were 3 cars in front of us, and they were not moving forward, after almost 30 minutes when we placed the order they told us that they could not sell us more than 5 items? Finally at 8pm they delivered the food. One hour in a “fast food” service.

Everyone here is fire at their job. Cashiers and food makers. I would tip if you guys had a tip jar. You guys never miss and hey, if you did, i would calmly come back around cause everyone makes mistakes once in a while and the line is always fast even at midnight unlike mcdonalds

For those who only like ordering from terminals, this and MOST taco bells are fine. But don't hold your breath in getting an actual person to take your order. And don't expect that person to have a smile on their face.

So I come here all the time to order food with my wife and lately have been very disappointed with how my food has been made. Most times I don't even get the order right which is surprising cause this location used to be flawless about that kinda thing. Today I ordered a Grilled cheese combo and a Crunchwrap combo and was very unpleased. First the grilled cheese was supposed to be light black bean and instead gave me a chicken grilled cheese, how do you confuse that. And for my Crunchwrap combo they didn't even wrap my taco, just threw it in the bag. Get it together yall

I ordered 2 quesadillas today & neither of them were cut, NOT even in half. I also ordered a large nacho fry which were COLD and not ONE single napkin was placed in the bag.
I was the only car in the drive thru so I’m unsure & disappointed how all these simple steps were missed. I worked for Taco Bell in high school so i took it personally to see such poor delivery on the staff working this evening which led to this review.
As far as Taco Bell's go, this one was clean and seems to be managed fairly well.

Made a mobile order and within minutes it was done. Hot, fresh and good! Customer service had a friendly smile and put napkins in the bag lol that's a huge plus these days!

Where do I start off this place is the most disgusting Taco Bell I’ve ever been in they are practically handling your food with the same gloves that they use in the kitchen to prepare your food and the restrooms are dirty tables are dirty I don’t understand how can this Taco Bell be like this and not have any managers to see these reviews that I have went through or to check on this location to see how dirty it is Please do not go to this Taco Bell

I explained in detail what I wanted when I ordered.Everything was wrong.When I tried to show to Cashier She ignored me. Cooks made rude comments. Manager,Paul was very nice. Did not expect my money back. Just wanted right food. Will Not Ever Go Back.
