Not only was my food correct (which doesn’t always happen but that’s okay) and delicious, but whoever was at the drive thru window tonight made my day. He was very positive and funny and after a hard day at work, not only did I get my Taco Bell, but I smiled too. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and the interaction was much appreciated.

Went in to Taco Bell around 7:45 to order and I'm now just leaving at 8:24 I personally don't feel like it should almost take an hour to get one food order and Taco Bell I know they're busy and everything but I just think it's kind of ridiculous it took almost an hour me to get in there and get out

The chicken chicken stripe are more like chicken nuggets and for $7 is ridiculous, then my pick up order was 6 minutes longer than was supposed to be, which wasn't the biggest deal, but when I seen the 4 dried out stale chicken nuggets that then irritated me, why am I waiting for dried out left out chicken nuggets and paying $7?!?
Only reason I gave 2 stars is, the rest of my food was tolerable.

I ordered 2 stackers, nacho fries, and a beef burrito on the mobile app. They were all out of beef when I got there, that's fine it's 2AM not a big deal I'll just get the steak...
Everything I ordered was supposed to be just plain steak and cheese (rice too for the burrito) but please tell me why when I opened the bag there was lettuce all over every single item I purchased?
The first stacker had lettuce burnt into the tortilla, the second stacker had lettuce again infused into the tortilla, the burrito didn't have lettuce in it but there was more lettuce wrapped up next to it, and most abhorrently there was lettuce hidden away within my nacho fries... the nacho fries??? How much lettuce do you have to be flinging around to get it in the nacho fries???
I'm not sure what type of lettuce freak they have in there throwing a lettuce party at 2 AM but please try to keep your lettuce to yourself... if it wasn't obvious I don't like lettuce and ended up tossing everything just to make my own quesadillas at home.
