Went through the drive thru at around 4 pm with a friend after the gym and the person in drive thru was so nice!! Their energy was infectious and super positive. Love seeing such kind people in the service industry! Food was also all really good, props to this taco

They don't usually get orders wrong here and it's good but don't bother asking for none of that nasty ahh ice in ur drink. It seems like it's impossible for them to not add ice after being asked.

Okay, seriously, the best Taco Bell in Tampa. The drive-thru is always on point. The food is Taco Bell, so it's going to treat your body like Taco Bell does, but it always hits just right. They get my order right 99% of the time, and I am in/out and satisfied.Vegetarian options: Between the black beans and the refried beans and the hash browns and potatoes etc you're set.Kid-friendliness: Everything on the menu is customizable so that kids can have sauce or not sauce and get their tummies full

Very disappointed with the food. I ordered a chicken quesadea, the problem was, no chicken,. It was cheese slapped between two pieces of tortilla shells. I took it to the register and showed them. They made a 2nd one unfortunately that was disgusting. I also gave my phone number for a receipt and still no answer. Very disappointed, you've lost a customer and I expect to be refunded.

Lobby always closed. Our ambulance won't fit in their drive-thru. This taco bell doesn't care for first responders. Staff uninterested in accommodating. We'll go elsewhere.

I went through the drive-thru for night shift and the light skin lady who took my order & payment was awesome! You don’t normally expect amazing customer service at fast food establishments but she was amazing. Will now be coming to this location! She really deserves a raise !
