Maybe it was because of Milton, but we were disappointed with the price and the $9 for what was the very worst German chocolate cake ever! We got it to go, so it was after we got home until we saw it. It was nasty!!! We will NOT be returning.

The people here are very friendly and I appreciate there quick service. I love the way the restaurant looks and feels too. The music is not over powering either. When the food was delivered it looked amazing. I love the salad with their homemade dressing. Unfortunately both my husband and I didn't care for our Maine meals. I even tried his food and I didn't like it. I appreciate how prompt they were with the check when we asked for it.

We love coming to Taste of Berlin. The Duo Sausage plate is delicious, and one of my go-to meals. I tried the veal schnitzel rahm yesterday - so delicious. Highly recommend a visit to Taste of Berlin!

Wir durften gestern das erste Mal zu Gast im „Taste of Berlin“ sein, haben sehr gut gegessen und uns wunderbar mit den Eigentümern unterhalten. Ein gutes Radler in Florida findet man nicht oft und dazu noch ein Schnitzel mit allen leckeren Beilagen aus der Heimat hat den Abend abgerundet. Als Fussballfan und Hauptstadtkind fühlt man sich in dem Restaurant einfach nur wohl. Wir kommen wieder, versprochen! HaHoHe💙🤍

Sadly, won't go back. Unfortunately, we were given a gift certificate this past Christmas for a nice date night out. The gift card was put in an envelope so we didn't even think about looking at the specifics. After a decent meal (Not many other German options available around here), we took the certificate out to pay. It expired THREE months after it was issued (paid for in cash March 2024). The owner with red/fiery hair was extremely rude and abrasive to us. She loudly said "NO, I will not accept this".

The meal was decent. A tad bit overpriced but when you only have 3 seated tables at 7:00 PM on a Friday, you have to make up for it somewhere. We could tell the server was incredibly embarrassed by the owner's behavior.

Not only that we won't be back, I would never recommended a place with a stingy owner with a horrible attitude.

There is enough family owned businesses in the area to support. Sadly, great concept with a great location. Unfortunately, ownership is running this place to the ground. The server was great, but the owner couldn't care less and was money hungry.

Based on other reviews (which I looked at before posting this) the owner will have some sort of smart remark back. It will just reconfirm what this review is all about.

Take your money elsewhere. There's other hard working business owners who appreciate local support.

Great German restaurant! I haven’t been to many authentic German restaurants but this one is. The food was fantastic and our waitress was very nice. The owner came over to make sure everything was good. First time having spaetzle and I loved it. I also loved the dumplings and thought the mushroom gravy was delicious. The star of the experience was definitely the Apple Strudel, that was amazing.
