The Cheesecake Factory

I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Eric! He was so spot on the entire night—always making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. He’s an excellent communicator and made everything run so smoothly. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful while helping celebrate my 20th birthday, which made the night even more special. Thank you, Eric, for making it such a memorable experience!

went because we were celebrating my sisters birthday and it’s her favorite restaurant, the restaurant was fairly busy and even though we made a reservation we still had to wait 15-20 mins to be seated. food took pretty long and came out super spaced out. my sister and i both got our food, then 10-15 mins later my partner got his food yet my sisters partner had to wait another 5-10 minutes after that to get their chicken tenders and fries. server was apologetic but she just seemed overwhelmed. we were told if we signed up for rewards we *might* get a free cheesecake for her birthday. we would have just paid for one but dinner took so long the mall was about to close and we wanted to explore around so we went somewhere else for dessert. definitely one of the more underwhelming cheesecake factory experiences

This happens always at cheesecake factory that orders are not consistent in quality.
Our first order was nice. Well cooked pasta and tase. When we repeated 1 pasta was undercooked and another was burnt. Also portion size is not consistent every time, so no clue on how much to order. Don’t think I’ll visit again.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Cheesecake Factory. The pumpkin cheesecake was absolutely delicious rich, creamy and full of flavor. It's definitely a dessert I would recommend to anyone who visits.

I love going to the cheesecake factory and trying different cheesecakes. The grilled chicken avocado club was delicious. The cheesecake prices can be a bit pricey. I finally tried the original cheesecake and it's ok, I wouldn't get it again. The other is the Reese's peanut butter cheesecake and that one was good. If you're a peanut butter lover that's the one for you.

The service was awful. The server was not attentive and never around when we needed him. Drink order came 30 minutes after we ordered it and I had to remind him to check for the drink. We ordered apps and the server never came to place the dinner order. We had 2 hungry children but had to wait 20 minutes after we ate the appetizers before the server came to get the appetizer plates and finally was able to place the dinner order. When the food arrived the taste was mediocre and the burger that our son ate came with sauce and mayo that we requested be removed. The serving size of the food is smaller but the price has ridiculously increased (chicken Madeira). I’ve always enjoyed The Cheesecake Factory it’s unfortunate that this experience may very well be my last.

The chicken sandwich was savory, juicy and delcious. The lemonade was too sweet for my taste but everything overall was fantastic.
