I went there for a birthday reward and purchased a salad that was not very tasty. The manager just sat in the bar area and did nothing, but watch TV. I don't see them in business in the future. Very slow traffic and wings are horrible.

Worse take out experience ever. Completely incompetent, which is probably why the restaurant was empty. They said my order will be ready in 25 minutes after it is ordered. I show up to the restaurant on time to pick up my order and they tell me that it is not ready yet. I was told they were in the middle of a shift change, and that they were understaffed and didn’t have necessary staff to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. Then 35 to 40 minutes later they come and tell me that my order had been ready the entire time, but they did not know the order was mine. So their solution was to give me cold food and there was no offer to remake the food and no offer for a refund. They just walked away and started blaming each other for the mistake. Keep in mind I am talking with the hostess and the Manager. Both incompetent. And I couldn’t even get any napkins to go with my cold wings. Beware of this place or eat here at your own risk if you want to have a terrible experience. Terrible service. You’ve been warned. It’s not worth it.

The steak fries are hands down the best thing on the menu to me.
Ordered online and order was incorrect. Manager was rude when she spoke with me, if it was the manager. They refused refund and tried to say it was my problem even though I have picture to prove incorrect order. Never coming back this this or any wing house establishment.

Up till now, my previous review has been of this place has been great, but after today, I will never return. Empty restaurant and 45 minutes passed between when our order was placed, and when our appetizers and food arrived. Noone checked with us the whole time. Food was cold. Most sent back because it wasn't edible.. In my 50 years of life, the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I could go on, but it isn't worth my time. Like I said, I'll never return, to this one, or any other Wing House, shame that I've visited them for over 20 years... but it only takes one horrible visit to scar someone. I just wish I could give zero stars.
