The Wooden Spoon Diner

We used to have a wooden spoon in Lakeland, so when I saw this one I knew i had to stop! Their food is always hot and taste great. Their staff are kind, and on track. They have great iced coffee. The restaurant is always clean and honey. I love eating here and would make the drive again just to eat here since they closed the one in Lakeland. We miss you in Lakeland!

Had Italian omelet it was ok the hash browns were not my favorite the coffee and toast were good .My mom said her bacon was cold but her eggs and grits were ok. They were fairly busy.

Great breakfast this morning. Sever Tara was excellent. Food was so good perfectly cooked and served promptly. Great experience. Would highly recommend Wooden Spoon.

Atmosphere is great, very clean, service was awesome. We were served by Amanda today. The burgers are delicious cooked exactly as ordered. All burgers are $12.99 comes with lettuce, tomato, french fries, coleslaw and pickles. I had the Italian it had ham, pepperoni and provolone cheese along with everything listed above. The mushroom Swiss omelette is great also.

Had a really delicious breakfast here Sunday morning! Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone, so no photos. But I ordered two eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns. They cooked my bacon crispy, like I asked, and it was really good. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. I'd definitely go back if I am in the area again!

It was my 2nd time there. I asked for eggs scrambled well no white showing, I got cooked well brown eggs is what I got. so asked again and got white showing. And the grits looked very watery. I was told to ask Maxwell. I think it's the same thing by saying scramble well.

Fish is very DIFFERENT...mushy....assuming Farm Raised. Will NOT try again. Still in search of a good Fish Fry.
