I feel ripped off. I got a smoothie that was supposedly Avocado, pineapple, banana, and ginger. All I could taste was Water and Ice!!! Maybe a hint of pineapple and ginger smh... how about we stop being cheap and give the customers what we're paying for. Just another example of an over rated corporate smoothie chain. That's why there was nobody in there. Everyone's tired of being robbed. If I wanted to pay 8 bucks for water and ice I could've went to a Hawaiian shaved ice stand or something. Don't waste your money here.

This location is very rude and disrepectful. I ordered a smoothie my GPS could not find the location. I called to ask them where they were located the person did not speak good english and could not tell me exactly where they were located. Takeyour business to Smoothie King. To make long story short they would not cancel my order and refund my money. The joke is on them I disputed the charges and they will not be getting their money.

11011 Causeway Blvd. Brandon, Florida where do I begin? I ordered the Caribbean jerk, chicken wrap, and green Island smoothie. The green Island smoothie was great. I got my chicken wrap and it was really dry. I come into the store at least once a month. I went up to the lady at the front and asked, if I could get a little extra sauce because it was very dry to which she replied, that will be an up charge. I said ma’am, my food is dry and she said we portion everything out so it can’t be. So I go back to eating and then all of a sudden, all five of the ladies in there start laughing so loud , that the person I was talking to on the phone Asked what was going on and why they were so loud. So the food, although the flavor was good.it was incredibly dry, but the total atmosphere because of the ladies behind the cash Register and the cooks made it a horrible experience. My once a month is going to turn into never again because if the service.

It tastes bad, I just came here to buy two smoothies, and the only thing it tastes like is water, you can't taste the fruit and for the price it should be sleeves, they should add more fruit and be good smoothies, not water flavored, too expensive to taste like water

The smoothies are delicious but inconsistent with how they taste each time you go. The sandwiches are messy and soggy most times but generally can be pretty tasty. The service is slow and you can often see coworkers having daily banter but that's never an issue as it shows that it's a comfortable work environment. I definitely suggest going because it's good 9 times out of 10 and when you finally receive service they are great!
