I went here for a weekday lunch. I wanted to try the super green caesar chicken wrap and the Acai berry boost smoothie. The place was busy, but moving. The location was very clean and the people were nice. It took about 15 mins to get my order which wasn't bad. The wrap and smoothie were both real good. I will definitely be back for both combo again.

This location has went downhill. I used to have no issue and they would make my food exactly how it was ordered. I even have the app that I always use. I recently did an order that they completely ruined. I ordered delivery through their app and it seems like they give customers whatever if they’re not in person. They gave me two completely wrong items and my smoothies were beyond watery. On top of it taking them almost an hour to deliver the food when the location was only 5 minutes away from my job. I tried to allow them to rectify the issue but they no longer answer their phone and have not replied to any internal reviews. I would not recommend coming to this location!!

Ordered online at 12:59. It’s currently 1:51 and I’m still waiting. Very disorganized. Manager Kelly does not seem to be concerned. Did not show up from the back of the restaurant until 40 mins into the now 1 hour wait. Please open another location nearby at this one is not very efficient.

I ordered an acai bowl and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with no ranch and no swiss through Uber Eats. I can't complain about the bowl, but they sent me the sandwich with too much ranch and swiss. I can't even smell ranch because it makes me throw up. I tried to contact Uber Eats, and talking to them is like talking to a wall. I called Tropical Smoothie, and the guy who helped me told me the order didn't say no ranch and swiss (I told him it did, and I have proof). Then they told me they were going to help me, then they said they couldn't, and they proceeded to hang up on me. Lost money, lost sandwich, and lost customer.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and was ignored. Finally put my order in for just 1 smoothie . Waiting quietly and patiently for 35 minutes. Finally I walked up to counter and asked what’s going on and they completely forgot my smoothie. Made if fast and not good at all . No apologies or offers for inconvenience 45 minutes is crazy.

I ordered a Caribbean Jerk chicken and the chicken was missing. Not worth the money or the wait, very disappointed.
Great customer service. Food came out quickly. First time at this particular tropical smoothie and it did not disappoint. Tory and Lily and Adam and Emily were super friendly and dealt with the rush of people quickly (we asked for their names).

this tropical smoothie is wonderful, the reviews given have definitely been improved off of, because the service was excellent and everyone was friendly. my kiwi quencher smoothie was delicious and i received it before i even sat down! if you’d like a nice atmosphere and friendly workers, this is definitely the place for you.

I went to tropical smoothie a few days ago after work and i always get the Mango Moonson, but never from this location. The girl who took my order was really nice i believe her name was Gianna, she had nice curly hair and glasses. She was very engaging and understanding. I wanted my smoothie a certain way and i explained it to her because no other tropical smoothie knows how to make it correctly. I told her i dont like it too sweet, and id like the mango flavor to overpower everything along with it being thick and coconut drizzled on the top. She didnt question me, she was extremely nice and funny and even recommended other smoothies to try too. I ended up LOVING my smoothie , overall experience was a 10/10, great customer service and awesome smoothies! thank you guys.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to say something. The employees at this Tropical Smoothie location were standing around texting, laughing, and chatting instead of making our smoothies. We waited over 20 minutes, and they still hadn’t even started our order. When we asked about it, they seemed confused and didn’t even know what drinks we had ordered. Completely unprofessional. If you’re in a hurry or want decent service, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Also my drink doesn’t even taste right! It’s supposed to be strawberry banana, it’s watered down and no banana at all! If you are looking for a good drink don’t come here!!!!
