One of the employees, Brianna, helped me with my order and was very friendly with me and other customers.

This Tropical Smoothie location is deeply concerning and needs immediate investigation. The store is consistently dirty, and the smoothies taste noticeably different compared to other locations.
The male employees who seem to get the most hours often sit on their phones when not busy. It’s disheartening to witness this decline, especially since the neighboring restaurant's presence used to keep standards high. There needs to be a thorough review to understand why this store is failing to meet the expected standards.

Terrible place! I recommend that if you see it, run, or rather, run away! It is always dirty and its employees are almost always on their cell phones, no lie, ALL of them. Recently, the cashier was serving me and needed help with something there. She asked for help from the one who seemed to be her leader and he didn't hear her because he had his headphones on!

I walked in to make an order for 1 smoothie and I was told they can’t take my order because they have a large catering order! I spend money in here everyday for them to tell me they can’t make 1 smoothie! There was 3 other customers there who got there order! Please don’t come here it’s so unprofessional! EDIT: please don’t come here! The customer service is absolutely horrid, Not one smile not one greeting at this location so I went to the one on Causeway amazing its like night and day compared to this location! Go to that one they have absolutely amazing customer service don’t waste your time on the location on 60 you’ll be wasting your money and getting watery smoothie!

Genuinely the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. it’s like 80% water… which is odd for it being a peanut butter cup smoothie.Save your money or go to smoothie king instead. Staff was so nonchalant and not a single smile from staff.

Closed 30 minutes early and the lady just looked at me
I’ve been multiple times and their service has been pretty bad. But today it was absolutely terrible. Staff is very rude also. I won’t be back to this location.
Edit- 6-19-14Went back a year later and service is still the same, and of course they messed up my order.

Lisa helped me with my order, and was very friendly. The smoothie was delicious! The Thai chicken wrap tasted good as well. Lisa made the dining experience enjoyable. A first time in a long time at a fast food restaurant.

I have been a tropical smoothie fantastic since they opened. Today, May 27 at noon, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for a single smoothie. Not because they were busy. There was only one other customer that was already seated. The guy in the back was yelling at the front counter. He was obviously irritated and not enthusiastic about being at work. So I left, not sure why it would take 30 minutes to make my smoothie? Very disappointed!
