I had an issue with Doordash delivery and went in and the staff were over the top helpful! Friendly, courteous and man can they make a great sandwich! You have gained a loyal customer!! Thank you.

Size of smoothie bowl us inconsistent. I recently paid $11.07 out the door for a bowl that didn't meet the rim of cup. The lid is a dome for containing a very full bowl. I assume it's bcuz I didn't tip or she's not new and not trained properly? Finished my bowl in 4 minutes. Usually it takes a while.

Dee and the crew are so nice and helpful. Always personable. Dee in particular always remembers me and that’s nice especially since we’ve only been in the area a couple years and don’t feel very at home yet.

This location seems to have slightly higher prices than another location I go to sometimes. Not sure why that is.

Somethings changed the past few times I’ve been here. Service is really slow. No one speaks when you walk in, orders aren’t being placed in the bins They hold them behind the counter.

very bad experience, well I ordered something and I went to pay with a 50.00 dollar bill and they told me that they did not accept a 50.00 dollar bill, this is very bad because at that time I only had that with me, I went and ordered somewhere else that will accept my money, I will not return to this place again.

Ordered curbside, this store does not offer that or just doesn't care and let's your food sit on a shelf until you come in. Smoothies were completely melted and wrap was cold and missing jerk sauce. Some people order curbside so they're not that rude person coming in the store on an important phone call. Don't offer curbside if you're not going to do it! Have more respect for your customers and don't give then melted smoothies and cold food because you were too lazy to do your job! Next time I need dependable service, I will go somewhere else!

The worker today with all the piercings threw a fit about extra sauce being 17 cents when we’ve never been charged for it before. So she ran my card for 17 cents?. That cost more just to do the transaction. Loyal customer that won’t be returning. If y’all put enough sauce on the wrap to begin with I wouldn't need extra sauce.
