Im very upset just because I didn't leve a tip they tamperd with my food and now I got to threw the wrap away becouse its way too spicy to eat what I got i looked it up it says mild heat but when I ate it its was not mild spice it was unbearablely spicy so spicy i couldn't eat the rest so they tampered with my wrap where its so spicy I cant even eat it because I knew when the girl handed me the food she was laughing uncontrollably now I know why and im pissed i threw about 10 dollars away because of this tip payback because i didn't leve a tip now I got to go back out and get me lunch tipping culture has gotten out of hand😡😡

Restaurant was very hot. According to employee (Matt). Owner refuses to fix the issue and has been like this for several weeks. Food was not fresh at all.

The organization at this location is spectacular! The customer service was excellent. They are kind and efficient.

Writing this review after a long drive I wanted to stop and get my bowl instead I was told the food portion was close you don’t start cleaning until the place closes at 10:30 hard to get good service these days

The schedule on the website says they close at 10:30, and we arrived at 9:05 p.m. and they didn't serve us because the schedule is supposedly until 9:00 a.m. They should update it so they don't waste time.

The MAIN PROBLEM with this location is that food portions here are WILDLY out of sync with a standard Tropical Smoothie. I got two wraps and a smoothie today for pickup and the wraps were the size of eggrolls... Shame on you! Do not dare say oh we are so sorry whoopsie because the portion sizing is a clear skimping of product that is a conscious choice by somebody at this specific location. Secondary to this big problem is that one was also supposed to be a southwest with no cheese so they just put nothing but egg...nothing. Go to any other location.

I had an issue with Doordash delivery and went in and the staff were over the top helpful! Friendly, courteous and man can they make a great sandwich! You have gained a loyal customer!! Thank you.

Size of smoothie bowl us inconsistent. I recently paid $11.07 out the door for a bowl that didn't meet the rim of cup. The lid is a dome for containing a very full bowl. I assume it's bcuz I didn't tip or she's not new and not trained properly? Finished my bowl in 4 minutes. Usually it takes a while.
