I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but our experience with Truly Greek this evening was extremely disappointing. We placed a takeout order totaling $144, which was completed nearly 15 minutes past the quoted time. When we arrived home—only a 7-minute drive—we found that the food was already cold, and the portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price. The two kids’ meals, priced at $9 each, were not even enough to feed our 6- and 8-year-olds.
I called the restaurant to express my concerns about the temperature, quality, and quantity of the food. The employee who answered said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak with a manager. When the owner came on the line, instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to resolve it, she explained the cost of food and compared their prices to McDonald’s. She then dismissed me and said she will take the loss of my future patronage. I had simply requested a refund for the two kids’ meals due to the inadequate portions.
As a business owner myself, I would never dismiss a customer’s concerns the way mine were dismissed. The lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing, to say the least.
I do not recommend spending your hard-earned money here. The food is mediocre, the portions are small, and the prices are high. For high-quality Mediterranean food and better value, I recommend Acropolis or The Grape Leaf Express instead.

Just went to this lovely place today as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner and a friendly server name Bre. The food was excellent the portions were great for the money and the friendliness and service was amazing! Definitely a place that I will be coming back to I recommend this place highly!!

This is my second time going here and it feels like I’m in a home in Greece . My server was Lori and she did a fantastic job recommending what to eat and how we can customize the food . I had a chicken and rice bow with tzatziki and lamb . I don’t write reviews but this place deserves it . Shout to the chef Pete he such a personality you have to go there and experience it . Definitely gonna be one of my food spots. The price is very affordable especially for the proportions you get . 10/10 would recommend

Our waitress Bre was very attentive. She helped us immediately upon entry. She came to our table several times to refill waters and ask if we needed anything and completed tasks quickly. She was very pleasant to interact with and very kind. She recommended the house sauce which made our food exceptionally better than we anticipated.

Loved the Dinner yesterday in Truly Greek!! We had 2 combos with kebabs and yellow rice and fried and veggies and pita breads. All the foods were fresh and delicious. Thank you Madison for serving us with a warm welcome!!
