Just tried to go through the drive thru at 8:45 PM, I sat there for about 5 minutes before realizing nobody was coming to take my order. Both online and a sign on the building say they are open until 10 PM. The lights were on and I could hear people talking. I drove around again and looked inside and saw two people sitting there. Not sure what the problem was but it is not a good look.

Really. All of sudden brownie sundae doesn’t come with hot fudge even though I have always received it. Then cone well no one wants to wear it. Train them.

Ice cream itself is great management nor employees can listen to your order and fill it correctly, and I had AN EASY order but when you order a fancy cone in a cup they don't give you the cone and when u ask for it to be fixed the girl at the window can't listen a second time, charges you for a fancy gets management who also can't listen and after being charged for it then gives you a waffle cone. Why go and spend your money when you can't get what you want.

All I can say is that I ordered a hot fudge sundae with NO NUTS and it was after dark so I couldn't tell until I parked to eat it. OF COURSE IT HAD NUTS!
