We had pina colada shaved snow dessert and it was really tasty and very well presented. Since we are vegetarians and had a lot of questions related to ingredients, they answered all of them very patiently plus they had complete list of ingredients for every dessert. Ambience was good too and they give colouring sheets and paste it on wall which was looking really good.

Interesting concept! Unique and worth the drive to have the expierence. Our server, Ava was helpful in explaining the uniqe treat we were about to expierince. Felt nostalgic coloring a picture of the vampire penguin with my children! Also, read the vampire's story online, a bit campy but endearing!

I took my friends from Texas to this restaurant, and they loved it SO much. We ordered the snow specificity with Boba perils because we all love boba, and it was so good we order a cup of JUST boba. I love the service here, we drive 20-30 minutes just to go here sometimes! Love the place ❤️

Tips: the menu is large so try 1-2 flavors and just go with it. You can’t go wrong

Every bite is perfectly balanced—sweet but refreshing, indulgent but not heavy. The toppings (banana, kiwi, caramelized fruit, berries, granola) make it feel extra special and totally customizable.

Hey! Don’t normally post reviews on here, but I felt like I needed to for this occasion. I recently had a not so good experience/encounter with one of your staff members when I was placing my order. I loved the food, and the restaurant was very nice and clean except the lady taking my order was not so kind. She had a name tag on which I recall to be “Macsey” or something along those lines, forgive me if I am incorrect. As soon as I walked in I got no greeting, no recommendation, and when I asked what’s her favorite, I was ignored because she was talking to someone else behind the counter. Very disappointed but it didn’t end there. She misheard me 3 times in a row and seemed visibly annoyed because she could not understand what I was asking for and let out a sigh. I felt disrespected and after watching her interact with more customers it was not just an isolated incident. Also, when I left she was still in the front counter. No goodbye, no thank you, nothing. Not many other people in the establishment either. Don’t know if it was just a bad day but I expect higher standards for staff for a place with delicious food.

Mmmm YUM!! Love everything about this place. The only potential downside would be the possibility for fellow customers to cramp your style but when we went there the fellow clientele were nice and we had space to sit. We will be back, over and over.
