This place should be closed because its horrible customer service, its manager is violent and rude. He wanted to engage in a fist fight with customers, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE....

I paid $19.75 for 2 Pepperoni Stromboli and they were so small like a hotdog bun. The cheese wasn't melted. It tasted like it was frozen and then warmed up. Disgusting, I was expecting something better.

We ordered 2 slices and a drink $14. The guy was from El Salvador, and myself being an old pizzaiolo he didn’t know how to make a pizza. Cooked on a screen not on the stone. The oven was not ready when he tried to bake it. So the top looked brown but the bottom was white! The pizza was raw! Uncooked! Bottom was white. Even after heating it up it did not brown! Save your money and eat somewhere else in Brandon Mall!

Guy running the counter was not wearing gloves. Handled the money then served the food. Wasn't very clean and guy was not polite either. Refuses to give refills or answer questions about the food.Go somewhere else in the mall it isn't worth it.

Way too expensive service was awful and creepy the heating table was also up too high and maybe had no water cause the pizza tasted burnt.
Over $13 for two slices of pizza and you want to charge me for a glass of water? Come on.

I used to love coming here. Not so much anymore. The salad had flies all over. The spaghetti was tasteless and the garlic bread was too.

Hand tossed pizza with lots of toppings and a fair price. Very pleased.

We were at the Brandon Mall location on Saturday evening. We specifically ordered entrees because we were on the way home and didn't need drinks. The gentleman serving us was nice. But very quick. At the register, he kept asking what drink we wanted. I kept shaking my head and telling my husband no, we don't want drinks. My husband kept asking if a drink came with it, which the response over and over was yes. We purchased two pasta entrees one priced at $8.95 and one at $9.95. And a slice of pepperoni pizza. Which was $4 or $5. We paid $39.99, for our total . We did get three small drinks. Which we didn't want. I believe we were charged for three combo meals but we were never offered any sides. It was confusing and fast, and they were right to the next customer. Watch your receipt closely and be willing to speak up. Why didn't we speak up, I don't know. The pizza wasn't so good. The spaghetti and meatballs was very plain. The ziti had a nice flavor. The man working the counter was nice. $39.99 for entrees that should have cost $24..and yes drinks cost extra I'm sure but $15 for three small drinks? It just doesn't make sense.

Tastes like microwave pizza, but with perhaps a little less flavor. I was desperate, what can I say.
