Been here a few times. They have maybe 2 decent servers. They are not trained very well. Sat on the counter and they wash dishes with no regard for people sitting there. Recently they spashed me and my food with dishwater. Wont be back.

I placed a to-go order that was left sitting out and got cold. When I asked about it, Todd — who had just started his shift — refused to bag the food and made a sexist comment, saying “that’s a female’s job.” Meanwhile, the women on staff were already busy cooking, serving, and taking orders. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory. Why is someone being paid to serve food refusing to do their job and belittling others while doing it?

This waffle house in Brandon is the greatest one of all. They were so on point it's ashame. They're service, politeness, and friendliness were ALL ON POINT. We didn't have to call for help not once!! The food was delicious and came instantly. The coffee never grew cold because the servers were there to fill that cup to the rim.😜 I loved every minute of dining there for breakfast today.👌🏼💓
