Im calling the manager tomorrow. I love the Waffle House but this was a horrible experience at this location. The waitress was extremely rude. I told her my grits were watery lumpy and cold shrugged as if there isn't anything that could be done. She was so rude I regret even leaving her a tip it's just habit. Luckily the cook heard my complain and gave me some out of another batch they were hot but still watery. I eventually said I wanted my food to go. She did not give me any syrup for my waffle. This is the one closest to my house. I'll never go again. When I first entered another customer was asking her for the address she pretended not to hear her. That customer was black like me i dont know if this was a racial problem or if she is universally nasty but she made the experience horrible. People save your money why pay to be treated like that.

Eternity is the sweetest person and you should request her :D a girl named reesha woeking, she is absolutely unwelcoming and sounds unhappy to be at work. I will not be returning as long as reesha is working. Absolutely disgusting attitude and ew. Very unpleasant experience with Reesha.

All that talking over my food. And forgetting my sausage from my all star meal like the person who is playing needs to slow down and make sure everything is what it needs to be and the waitress should be double checking before bagging. There’s no way I have to check to see if I’m missing a sausage from my meal. Very disappointed I might as well just went to the casino location and waited 30 minutes

This Waffle House is excellent! I've been to many in several states. I just visited this one, and was impressed to make this review. Food was steaming & hot down to the last bite. Coffee was kept full. We were checked on regularly but not pestered. Waitress was friendly, along with all the other employees. Food came to the table quick.
Whenever my fiance and I go Heather is awesome, friendly and gives us exceptional service. On a separate visit we picked up a to go order today and they forgot our waffle, this was probably a mistake but we paid 5 dollars for another waffle to not get it was disappointing. Always check your order before leaving or getting home.
